The other property I looked at had a much better view of the sky. Two light domes were visible, but were very low on the horizon. Meter measured 21.60 MPSAS at the zenith, which is really dark. The Milky Way overhead was truly magnificent!
There were so many extra stars, it took me a lil while to find Polaris. 
Here's a short exposure of the Milky Way toward the the southern horizon. Note the lack of light pollution
I'm really excited about this one. Looks like I have some decisions to make
