Hey @Valencia!  

I'm still around, tho not as often as before. Life has been busy, but in a good way. Bought some land in a very rural part of my state and have spent a lot of my free time cleaning up the place. The night sky there is beautiful (Class 3), with only one low light dome towards the SE horizon. 

How are things going for you?

That's awesome! I remember you saying that you were looking into purchasing that land the last time we talked at the beginning of the summer  

& I noticed that when I first came back on Monday- I was definitely hoping you'd come back soon so we could catch up 

things have been up and down- life has changed a bit for myself, but I wouldn't change it if I had to do it over again  

I didn't buy any land, but in the same month I rented the apartment im currently living in, and bought a small house (that still needs work, and a few other things )

But I'm alright, and I'm glad to be back

Initially, I was going to buy a house with land, but the real estate market is crazy right now, even for rural homes. After a couple unsuccessful tries, I decided to go with just land. The process was so much easier for rural land compared to buying a house. I plan to build a home there in a couple years. 

Congrats on your house! I think you'll have fun fixing it up.
