Even after the show's been officially over they still don't specify a good general location where the Changelings Kingdom would be.
Personally I'd imagine it's somewhere far from civilization. After all before they officially appeared on the show in S2 Finale, practically no one ever heard of the change and except for maybe Cadence as she was captured. The only two times we the audience ever got to the Changeling Kingdom, it involved teleporting there (Discord in season 6 finale; Starlight in season 7 episode). For all we know it could be off the map somewhere in the undiscovered West.
(And no I'm not counting the comics because I never officially read them, and the comics should be treated with the broad strokes since not all the writers and artists are going to try to make it all one big consistency)
