    I have just discovered the caracal cat and I am amused. Apparently they are not actually angry, this is just how they express themselves even if they enjoy being pat. (No idea what is going on. I just discovered them lol) 

    In either case, the man's personality reminds me of yours. Always gentle and kind in the face of chaos. With the guts to try to figure things out rather than run away and judge. ^_^ Taming beasts and wild animals with just a neutral tone. XD

    I am not a fan of oath breaking. But you seem remorseful. Perhaps that is a key there to reflect on why it was done. Perhaps it was not intentional and there is a way to make amends.     I was actually thinking about you the other day!!! Someone put me on the spot about a project they wanted me to get involved in. I got introduced to someone new who told me "I have heard about the legend! Is it true that you can help us?" The project is quite big and not something I am too energized and invested in. Part of me wanted to live up to that expectation they had of me. To pull some kind of miracle or persistence until the project takes off. The other part of me... lacked the flair and interest. Then you came to mind because of this video. And I wondered "is that what this video means? Sometimes we can have an ego but at the end of the day... we ought not to get lost in our titles or expectations made of us." I am just a mortal at the end of the day and I have politely declined said project. Right now, my mind is set on other things and challenges.

Being aware of these symptoms can also be the first step to managing around them or taking other steps to navigate to a better state of mind. Yes! I really like this idea!
