  1. So how does the character division work? Because with 6 characters and 4 writers, do we all put in one character with Twilight putting in three? Do we all just throw some characters on the table and pick the six favorites? What's the plan? Also, am I correct to assume that the characters are to be unaware of the existence of human beings as a species? Considering that they are merely ponies who can take the physical appearance of humans. Offer accepted and greatly appreciated... At least for me, can't speak for the others though.
  2. Looking for people to play Sega all stars: Transformed with. (Vita version)

  3. @@Colt,@@Iron Wing, Star obediently followed Iron. He curiously examined all the rooms that Iron showed him and quickly ran behind her when she continued walking upstairs. She opened the door and Star raised an eyebrow at the sight of the dragon that stood before him, the dragon he himself had ran into and who had barely said a word to him before. He giggled as Iron introduced them to each other. "Ah, so your name is Colt, you were in such a rush before that you completely forgot to mention-..." He paused as he noticed Colt hid dis face from him. "Hey... something the matter?" "Ah, no worries. You looked like you had something on your mind, so I could understand." "Well, I don't really mind, but this isn't exactly my place, so it isn't my decision to make."

    gaming Game Nights?

Just curious, out of the genres/games I've just mentioned, which ones do everyone here play the most? Personally I don't play the shooters and Mario kart Wii. Multiplayer games I play that I haven't listed are Dissidia, Sonic Generations [3DS], and Kid Icarus: Uprising. (You know what, maybe fighters/mascot brawlers should be added to that list of genres.)

    gaming Game Nights?

I don't really see a reason for it not to work, just because there's something happening every day and every week doesn't mean you have to participate every day and every week.

    gaming Game Nights?

Why not separate it into genres as opposed to specific games, that way you could have a bit more variety, and people who don't own a specific game are less likely to be left out. i.e.: Day 1 - console first person shooters (Halo, Battlefield, Call of duty, etc...) Day 2 - Racers (Mario kart Wii, Mario kart 7, Sonic & All stars racing, etc...) Day 3 - Pokemon (Various versions, new and old) Day 4 - Team Fortress Day 5 - Minecraft Just a suggestion.
  8. Judging by the fact that a more natural looking creature just covered his back Toushitei quickly confirmed who his enemies were. He grabbed a stray support beam and with a deftly executed backflip, followed by a powerful swing of the beam he managed to knock a few of his assailants away. Though he knew this wasn't exactly the time to ask questions he couldn't resist asking a few anyway. "What's going on here? Who or what are they, and what are they after?"
  9. From a distance Toushitei watched a church surrounded by what he could only describe as godless abominations. He could only assume that with so many... "creatures" surrounding one specific spot there would be something there that was either of great value, or great importance to them. Either way, it was his task to seize what they wanted in order to protect it. In the unlikely event that they had no bad intentions he could always converse with them afterwards. He slid down the mountainside and rushed towards the church.
  10. @@Iron Wing, Star gave Iron a friendly bow and walked in. "Thank you kindly. And I'm okay thanks, not very thirsty yet." He looked around him for a minute, taking in the impressive interior of the tower. He noticed Iron's pet cautiously getting near him. He waited until Duran was done examining him and he lowered himself to his eye level. "Hai-hai~ My name is Star. I hope you don't mind if I stay here a little while. You see, I'm an acquaintance of Iron and I'm here to assist her in baking a nice, big cake... Speaking of which... I'll be right back, okay~?" Star rubbed Duran on his head and went to the kitchen. He rested his two bags on the counter and said with a smile, "I wasn't sure what to get... so I got as much as I could carry. I hope this works for you."
  11. @@Iron Wing, "Southern watchtower... Memorized! Okay, I'll be there~" Star nodded and went back to read. After a while he packed his stuff back up. He made a little trip to the Sugarcube corner shops and realized that Iron Wing hadn't specified how much, and what type of chocolate she needed for her recipe. He got two full bags of the stuff and headed for the south of the village. As Iron had told him, her watchtower was clearly visible from this point. He made a b-line for the building. He rested the bags beside him and knocked on the door.

  13. @@Iron Wing, "Thank you~" Star smiled as he hapily accepted the second cup from Iron Wing. He chuckled at her reaction at the tea and he took a few sips from his own cup. His eyes glistened with enthusiasm at her proposal to have some cake together, though mostly because of what she mentioned afterwards, 'that she had wanted to make one herself.' He made a little jump and fluttered above her as he excitedly exclaimed, "Yes! Yes! I'd love to!" Remembering just where he was, in a library, he put a hoof over his muzzle and landed. He clearded his throat and continued with a more appropriate volume. "If you'd like, I'd be willing to help you with making a cake... I haven't got much experience with baking in particular, but I love cooking, so I shouldn't be too much of a bother... And I haven't seen Draco yet, but maybe we'll run into him later."
  14. He chuckled at her response. "Ah, yes. I remember now that you had mentioned something similar last time Miss-..." He paused and corrected himself. "No, sorry, Iron. Force of habit I guess. Speaking of which..."He reached into his saddlebag. "I do believe I made you a promise yesterday..." He took out a warm thermos identical to the other one he was holding and handed it over with a smile. He winked. "... And I make it a habit to not go back on my promises, so here you go."
  15. @@Iron Wing, Toushitei Noticed a certain armored mare he had met not too long ago. He stood up and walked over to her. He greeted her with a little bow. "Well, hello again Miss... Wing? Was it not?" He scratched the back of his head. "Forgive me, my memory isn't that great I fear." He shrugged his shoulders and turned his attention back to Iron Wing. "Well, 't is what 't is I guess... Here to brush up on some knowledge I take it?"
  16. Toushitei walked into the library. He headed straight for the science section and picked a number of books. He searched for an empty table and sat down, taking a thermos out of his saddlebag and starting to read the first book. After only the first few pages he could already realize that he wasn't really getting anywhere. The subject matter was way out of his grasp, and he had trouble understanding the chemist jargon that filled every page of the book. He looked around to see if there was anypony who looked capable of helping him out.
  17. I'm not sure if I can make a weekly commitment (life and stuff, you know the drill) but I'm willing to help out on a "part-time" base. Just contact me on skype or something and I'll see what I can do for you.
  18. He gave the knightly mare a small bow. "Excuse my manners, my name is Toushitei Heartlocke, but ponies mostly just call me Starstream. The pleasure is all mine miss Iron Wing, and it's nice to meet you too Draco." He felt like the offer of going to a cafe was an excellent idea. He hadn't gotten the chance to eat something since the previous night and he was starting to feel the effects of it. He nodded in response to the proposal "I think I could go for a little snack, yes. And I wouldn't mind talking with you two for bit either." He chuckles. "So did you have any specific place in mind?"
  19. He turned to the azure maned pegasus beside him and cheerfully responded, "Much appreciated ma'am." He watched the sky for a while and thought deeply. He finally responded, "It's mostly going to be snowing... You know, getting the winter out and stuff." He smiles and adds. "If you're going to be out all day, just tell me where you're going to be and I can bring you a thermos of nice, warm tea if you want."
  20. Just found MLP merch in my school... There's a brony here somewhere... What should I do to sniff him/her out?

There, you've caught yourself a brony.

      Brrrrrilliant~!

Now excuse me, for I must search for a human-sized box~

  21. He blushes at Colt's compliment "Thanks, I do what I can to keep the village decent, I-..." His sentence was interrupted by the sight of a familiar, distinct, bowing motion. Toushitei couldn't help but wonder to himself 'D-did he just-... Was that-... Nah! It must've been my imagination... I think...' As the dragon was about to walk away Toushitei called out to him. "H-hey, wait! I don't think I caught your name yet~!"
  22. Toushitei embarked on another regular day of slightly mundane weather patrol. He closed the door to his house, leaving it unlocked for the time being, and took off to the skies. After two full rounds of flying around town and fixing the cloud ratio, Toushitei headed home again. On his way there he noticed a lone dragon eating an apple at the side of a river. He flew up to the dragon and landed next to him. He friendly greeted: "Hai-hai~ I don't think I've seen your face around here before... My name's Toushitei, but most just call me Starstream, or simply Star."
  23. Any interesting RPs out there that are still looking for applicants?

  24. Hey, that's pretty aweso-... Wait... No way, I can't believe it... He... misspelled... "bronies"... "I vouched for you man... I vouched for you, and you let me down."
  25. Excuse my ignorance, but I must ask, why exactly are people getting so offended over this? I mean, as I recall the brony community, among other groups, consist of: - homosexuals and bisexuals - black people - Asian people - Hispanic people - I believe I've seen some native american people - fat people - nerds and geeks - ginger people - rednecks If you belong to any group that has stereotypes around it, is this really, truly, honestly the most insulting thing you've heard in your life? For that matter... Should Tosh's comment even be considered insulting at all? Because if you honestly are offended by this I want to live in the utopia you're living in. Also take into consideration that this was a short quip (I believe it wasn't even 30 seconds long) on a show that pretty much always spends at least 3 minutes, if not longer, going on and on with its stereotyping and ripping on its subject this is really minor within the show's context, so I just don't see at all why you'd even make any fuss about his "joke". Kind of going back to what I said before... I don't watch his show (or TV in general for that matter) very often, and when I do I'm not paying a great amount of attention to it... but as I seem to recall, he is making "jokes". Now completely objectively tell me, how funny would you say "a very small percentage of the grown adults watching the my little pony cartoon show" sounds compared to a simple "the fans of this show"? He generalizes because not doing so would not be in the best interest of his routine. He does it with his "black quips", he does it with his "Hispanic quips", he does it with his "gay quips", and he does it with his "fat quips". Now please remind me why exactly this is worse? I'm not saying you should like him for making fun of everyone, I'm saying that there's really no reason to take this one specifically to heart. My opinion towards this whole ordeal? Find a lake, build yourself a bridge, and get over it. If you let stuff like this get to you, then life is probably going to be a real b*tch to you later on. As for the specific material he chose to display... well... frankly, I'm not touching that one, even with a twenty foot stick... I know that for a lot of people here their cultural heritage takes a certain stand against nudity, so any statement about that would probably just result in an undying stream of bickering... I hope we can simply agree to disagree.
