      Sounds like intrusive thoughts for me. Intrusive thoughts aren't always about things you're agree but often the opposite, that's why they're called intrusive. Sometimes it's a sign of high stress level but if you say you have it long time already I would suggest to find a good therapist. Such thought coming for years may be a sign of some known conditions and unresolved things in your past.

Like today's morning, but I don't remember it. But on the day before yesterday, I were in some armed forces with my already lost friends, fighting zombie like things in wilderness, really fun!
