Time has been my biggest enemy as of late. Honestly, I was splitting time between reading and gaming; with both having to take a back seat. Was meaning to get into Horizon: Zero Dawn and Dishonored, so maybe later. Haven't lost interest yet.

Sometimes people just gotta let off some steam, emotions and feelings can build and it can be unhealthy to bottle things up. So having someone to lean on while you spew your thoughts and concerns can be very therapeutics and overall change the mood of the individual for the better. And people will always have something to say that will conflict with others but they're entitled to their opinion as much as you are. Coming round to debating their life choices is completely up to the two getting involved, you don't always need to explain ourselves to everyone who comes asking.

My previous therapist told me to stop playing the victim when I went in for treatment for, among other things, overwhelming PTSD and anxiety caused by a violent, abusive childhood. It was a fantastic session.

From what I know I don't believe they do but I'm not totally sure, if you try your luck you might be able to get away with it as a special favour or something though.

It's mostly a matter of trying to get the gaming industry to not be anti-consumer and using shitty business practices.

Still though, the level of outrage over something as simple as buying video games seems crazy. There's probably a more significant ethical debate to be had over the smartphones people are making these posts from lol
