    Just finished likely the most brutal walk I've ever done. Wore my 20lb weighted vest, wore a 12lb weight on each leg, carried two 10lb weights and walked over a mile. I think that's worth something.

      @Dark Horse I feel like a jelly sandwich. :BornAgainBrony: Not too bad right now but I'll be sore as hell tomorrow. :P I do know immediately afterwards, I felt weird. Once I removed the weighted stuff my limbs felt light to the point of weirdness.

      @Kyoshi Yeah, I'd say you'll be feeling it tomorrow for sure. That's a good sign, though! No pain no gain, as they say.

      I'd suggest maybe taking a bath or something to relax your muscles, though. :ButtercupLaugh:
