Steve's character is generally whatever the player wants it to be, but I believe the personality/character of Steve is a quiet one. He doesn't speak, but rather "speaks" through actions. He doesn't cause chaos or grief, but rather just survives from day to day. He does adventure, scavenge, fight, and does other heroic things. He's just the quiet type. Not as strong as other characters like Master Chief, Dante, Iron Man, or other such super/heroes, but he gets the job done his own way, even if it is unorthodox.

HK-47 has a communication device as part of his systems, it is an internal component which he can use on command.

Dash Doesn't really need a Communication device, because she can get around large distances in short amount of times lol, why do you think she's called Rainbow Dash xD
