Yea, about that kind of pain. You know when you get hit in the stomach really hard, when you just have to fall down on the floor because there is no other option to deal with the pain. Well it is something like that, and you also get a funny sounding voice (which adds to the hilarious and degrading value of the joke). No, the pain is on one of those levels you can't imagine (why even try?). My last summer got destroyed because of an accident, and to make things worse, there was no visible damage, just random pain for months! It was more or less up in my head in the end.
