Which part? Just in case you're talking about the feathers all the way to the right, those are tail feathers. I feel like not having tail feathers on pegasi makes them all the more unrealistic. It helps to stabilize them during flight.

Not really sure what you mean. It still connects at the same point as it would in the show. Example time!

I love the wings. Those are nicely drawn. But is it me or does she have chest hair?

i think the wings are fine, but the front right leg is too far forward, the shoulder blade doesnt look attached to the chest cavity....you could move it back, or bring the chest forward and arch the neck a little more.

dont hate me for this, i know how irritating it is when someone just starts screwing with your work, but i cant explain it well.. so i just scribbled and moved it on the comp real quick to show you what im talking about:

 

 

beyond that, if you add good weight and variety to your line thickness when you ink it, itll be great! also i really like the idea of tailfeathers!

I don't mind it when people do that really. Here's what it would look like from the other side without moving its position at all. I think it is a little far forward but I haven't drawn a lot recently so when I finally got it to look like that I thought it looked better than any of my other attempts xD Still that leg is kinda the weak spot in the picture.

LOL. I love this. No, those are feathers. xD She has feathers on her chest and along her back.
