I don't think that's how it works. I'm pretty sure you brain being inside your body is a prerequisite for it being 'safe', so if someone else's brain is with you, it doesn't meet that prerequisite and therefore can't be 'safe'.

Actually, the way Stormgiggle used... Oh, look, past me already has this covered:

 

Note how Stormgiggle used 'you're', not 'your'. By using 'you're', it is equivalent to saying 'you are back', which means he is stating that I have returned. Had Stormgiggled used 'your', which refers to someone's possession of something, it would mean he was pointing out my back and drawing our attention to it. You seem to believe he was using the second definition, but according to the version of of the word he used, only the first definition fits the situation.

Well Firstly, the first law of shadows is that light creates shadows, so yes... that could be an issue. Secondly, the shadow connect gift is something that you have to be born with, it cannot be taught to other beings easily. Because I live in the shadows, I hear the shadows of other's and even hear Stormgiggle without being entirely present. I'm sure Storm himself has this ability, being the Overlord of all Shadows. *smiles*
