I am fine with being out of the loop. However, perhaps serious injuries would be easier to toy with.

@, I have actually been thinking about it, and I feel like hive servant Kain would be kinda cool. Like, the bugs devour his eyes, and two glowing bugs take the place of them, and to protect them, Kain forms a layer of blood around them so its like he has glowing red pupils in a black abyss of eye instead of his regular red irised eyes . Omg, I really kinda want to do this now, hive mind Kain sounds super spooky and unsetling. But I still want Kain to be just Kain since a big part about him is his independence and just his going solo attitude, being a hive guy would just be waaaay out of his character zone it would be weird.

He'd still be able to think...it's just that the bugs would be moving him around. A fate worse than death if you will, being conscious and aware that you are being puppeted by bugs crawling around inside of you

Yeah, but still, it just wouldn't fit with who he is. Im gonna want to keep him independant I just thought that the design would be super creepy and unsettling but still neat.

The armor is made up of bugs. Also, he can asexually breed, so maybe I should make his belly a bit bigger for the egg sack

Well, considering that the GM said that characters will be introduced later...I have plans for a Hive Lord. It's easy to use someone's body as a puppet when infested by insects

 

I said maybe you could introduce characters later, and I never said anything about allowing a hivelord character. That goes way beyond the scope of the kind of metahuman stuff I wanted to have here, and I'm not, under any circumstances, going to let you take control of anyone else's characters.

 

Also, please don't kill each other. Not unless you both fully agree to it, at least, and even then I'd rather you didn't.

 

One last thing. Timeskip incoming. Anyone who's character isn't asleep by now will have to deal with it. I really should have done this last night, but I put it off to give people a chance to finish.

Fun fact! Alexander King is a character I have used many times before in various rps of the past. His powers have included manipulation of his surroundings through the music he plays, and shapeshifting! His guitar has also had the ability to produce blades from the side and become a practical battle axe! In his first couple of appearances, he was a woman!
