The title says it all. I'm not saying to bash an anime; only to the reason should you do it. Like pointing out a repetitive trait they do constantly. So I'll start and give you give you an example:

 

For me, it's gotta be One Piece.

What do I see this anime do a lot? It does this trick where they zoom in on the person, bring shocked that something happened, and then do this sudden camera change to 30 other people that you never even seen again.

the only anime that I know that is on par with Excel Saga is FLCL and magical shopping Arcade Abenobashi. but still they are not quite as bad. but I don't think that was what MysteryMan was asking about.

 

I think the most rediculous things that I remember Sailor Moon had was the monster of the week filler that over bloated the first 4 seasons.

Stars had it too but not even remotely as bad.
