Stupid Moments in Life a.k.a You failed

I hate it when I make stupid, easily avoidable mistakes. Just the other day I ran out of margarine and thought it would be a brilliant idea to use butter that was covered but had been sitting out for probably weeks now, and added it into the mix without a second thought, without even smelling it first, and, as I thought the spoiled butter ruined the whole dish.

 

Another recent mistake: I took the sim card out of my phone because my service was deactivated, and when it was reactivated and needed the sim card, I couldn't find it, when I could have just left the damn thing in there. There was literally *no reason* why I took it out of my phone.
