Hooves Theory

Strange, I couldn't find this post and I am pretty sure I made it...so I will make it again since it vanished.

 

I have a hooves theory. On how the ponies can manipulate things like we can. 

 

They have small tendril like appendages in the underside inside of their hooves. These stretch out and grab onto stuff when they need to do delicate things like grab onto things or use weapons like spears or make birds nests etc. This would make some sense to me. Especially when you think that they can wrap around each other into clusters..clusters that.....look like fingers?!'

Me and my friends were involved in pony role plays were hooves were becoming a burden unless your character was a unicorn. So we decided it was ambient magic in pony hooves that allowed them to grip coffee mugs, door knobs, kitchen knives, etc.

 

We surprised ourselves with our head canon and it made role playing with ponies much convenient.

Perhaps it is like spiders, with miniature hairs on the end of their hooves that grab onto things but arent built to hold them up onto walls like spiders could.
