Make sure you plan ahead for all expenses like a hotel and such. Also, it is an RSVP only event so if you haven't done that, do it NOW. I was at the last one and I had a great time, everyone was really nice and personable. A lot of the stuff sold can be expensive, including autographs, last time it was $20 a signature and $30 for a picture, so save up. Other than that be prepared to meet lots of new people and be surrounded by ponies everywhere. I might even cosplay for this one, I may keep you posted so you can spot me. lol
