In all seriousness though, just watching their tiny interactions in the second sneak peek makes me think their relationship would be so cute. We've seen how Flutters is with Discord, and Sunset is much, well, tamer than he is or ever was.

 

Just think about it. Flutters comforting Sunset whenever other people don't want to talk to her. Sunset making sure with what's left of her tough persona that no one hurts or takes advantage of Flutters. Flutters and Sunset protecting each other in their own ways, being there for each other when others aren't.
