Some people think that looking at their gazes directly allows them to influence you to love them or do as they wish.But how effective would you think this will be? Cute. They can make people go "awwwww!! " But that's really it. I'm not sure if they can directly influence you. I suppose the faces do make people like the character more and therefore that might make people wish to do the characters bidding or fall in love with them. But I don't think is it the face itself that hypnotizes and influences them. Also I suppose it depends on the persons willpower as well.
