Which of the mane six fit what pokemon?

I wasn't really sure where to put this... but anyway, I wanted to come up with a team for the mane 6. So, I was curious what your opinions are about which pokemon would fit them. I think buneary would fit Fluttershy or Rarity though... but I'm not sure about the others.

 

So, what do you think would fit them?

Mew would fit Pinkie. Both have near unlimited power, with the ability to warp around reality and participate in cartoon-esk antics, and both have a very childlike nature that can often result in near chaos. But in the end both of them care about their friends and the world around them, and both have displayed great intelligence despite their more immature nature.

 

(keep in mind I don't know any pokemon past the original 151)

Twilight - Alakazam, that Pokemon has the largest IQ of all time

 

Fluttershy - Lopunny, Fits the Angel bunny thing as well as being a Pokemon that is extremely cute but packs a wallop

 

Rainbow Dash- Skarmory, a fast & powerful flying type that is nothing short of terrifying

 

Rarity- Blissey, since it gives its egg out to those that need it for nutrition/healing, a pretty damn generous thing personally

 

Applejack- Going to put Machamp here, but practically any loyal fighting types could go here for the same reason; Strong ass pony.

 

Pinkie Pie- Mr. Mime. It's a clown, she's a party pony. Why not?

 

And for giggles, Spike- Sableye, since it eats gems (if I am remembering correctly)

Rainbow Dash: Swellow. They're blue, fast and can fly.

Pinkie Pie: Jigglypuff. They can sing and they're pink. Although I prefer to think Pinkie Pie as a Wigglytuff.

Fluttershy: Togetic. They can fly, they avoid fighting and are really kind.

Twilight Sparkle: Espeon. They're purple and they can use telekinetic powers.

Rarity: Kirlia. They're white, can use telekinetic powers and both look pretty. A runner up for Rarity is Grumpig.

Applejack: Deerling. This one was rather tricky. They prefer to be in nature rather than urban places and they're both orange. (Well, Autumn Deerling is orange, at least)

 

I'm actually drawing a picture with the Mane 6 as Pokémon.

Well, I hate Mr. Mime... so I'm going with the poster above you about her being Mew. It does fit in a way. Other than that, those look pretty good ideas though. I'm going to be adding a loooot of cheats.

Eh I was going more for what I felt she would be excluding god like powers... Plus no legendaries, felt that was a bit unfair, so was keeping it on non-legendaries... Though between you & me, I hate Mr. Mime as well

Well, another poster suggested Wigglytuff, so i think that one might work.

I think Twilight Sparkle is more of a Rapidash type.
