Sorry, I've been rather busy, so I haven't been able to get on. I'm still a bit busy, so I might not be able to make an RP post for another day or two. However, I can see everyone's waiting for the trial day to start now. So, don't feel like you have to wait for me; feel free to make your characters go to the courtroom and do pre-trial things like discussing the case with the other lawyers.

 

One thing about the evidence: I've noticed that I've put all evidence, regardless of who actually found it and knows about it, in the court record. This might cause some confusion, if we accidentally make someone present evidence they shouldn't actually have access to. So, I'm going to update the court record so each piece of evidence lists who its available to. I might make a mistake since I'm going to skim over the RP so far, so if you notice any errors, please let me know.

My point was you could've started without me for now since there's nothing I had to do before anyone could start. But anyway, I'm here now and I'm free enough to make a post, so I'll start off the trial day as planned. So...

I agree with Arching, at this point we're really just waiting for the defense attorneys to speak with Storm before we begin the trial, and that seems to be going really slowly at the moment. Could the four of you focus on that for now?

 

If you're too busy to post, I understand, but I'd like to get the trial started soon. If you are too busy, would it be okay if we just ignored that and began the trial anyway? I want to avoid things getting too slow, and I don't think their discussion is a vital thing for us to do.
