RainbowMau 291 September 20, 2014 Share September 20, 2014 Here are some hints that make me think about it: - She participates in rodeos - She acts mostly like a wild pony - She's the most athletic earth pony seen - She has the most cowgirl characteristics only compared to her cousin Braeburn Now, I've read a little about broncos and technically there are some hints that could tell something about it: - Broncos tend are more impulsive, Applejack is - Broncos blast more energy than any other horse type, Applejack does - Broncos have a more unpredictable behaviour, though there are not too much examples unless her friends can't predict what she's going to do - Broncos are the most bucking horses, and as I know very few ponies can buck trees as hard as Applejack

Jeric 46,867 September 20, 2014 Share September 20, 2014 A bronco isn't a breed of horse exactly. Since she isn't wild or untrained ... I'd say no. She's a Pony

Buck Testa 5,505 September 20, 2014 Share September 20, 2014 A bronco would be like a feral pony, and Applejack is far from feral. She is actually the most down to earth of the mane six. Find a pony raised in the wild and never learned the civilized pony ways and you got yourself a bronco 1 http://www.fimfiction.net/user/Billy%20G%20Gruff http://billyggruff.deviantart.com/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPVpSXbUpDYTcaFHTPiPjYA

SilverHeart 741 September 20, 2014 Share September 20, 2014 Yeah, I know that car cause my uncle had one, however how hard can Googling "Bronco Horse" be? Well, I think that they didn't know a bronco was a horse. And since they didn't know it was a horse, they just googled "bronco" instead of "Bronco Horse". sweetolebob18 728 July 27, 2015 Share July 27, 2015 Getting back on topic, Wikipedia (that invaluable compendium of meaning less drivel & trivia) says "bronco" derives from the Spanish word for rough. Could be EQ slang for a rodeo pony, or the rural equivalent of chulo
