Latest visitors widget for blog

I noticed that almost every blog has a "latest visitors" widget. However, it is unavailable on my blog and I cannot find it in the options section.

 

Who is this feature available to and what must I do to activate it?

Good question as some of the options can be tricky to find. 

 

This pic should give a good lead where to find it. It's located under the Blocks dropdown button.

Thank you, I never really thought to look here because of the ambiguity of the word "block", I didn't want to be blocking anybody.

Just checked your blog and it looks like the Latest Visitor widget/block is working. I'll go ahead and close this. 

 

Renaming the button actually may be something to consider since it makes sense to be wary of the button due to common terminology. (IPB calls all the template add-ons that have their own 'table' Blocks). I'll mention of to the team.
