Very cute. I love how you drew Rainbow Dash's mane. The style is cute as well.

 

I do think that you should blend colours together. The highlights in the ocean stick out like a sore thumb. Not to mention that everything doesn't feel like in line. Perhaps you should use the rule of thirds to keep things inline.

 

Keep up the good work! I'd love to see more art from you.
