I can't do pull-ups and I can do 10 push-ups at best Plus if I start making effort to do something I start shaking like I have a tremor. Been doing wall pushups lately to try to build a little strength. I can do 3 pushups from the floor so I guess I've got that going for me. I refuse to let go until you're impressed.
