never heard of the guy. But then again, i don't really like rap, so...

He made rap songs about mlp. He stopped doing songs about MLP a few months back, however. And to be honest, I wasn't a big fan of rap before I heard his songs. And now I listen to Eminem, D12 and many more

 

The thing with YAC is that he has been in multiple cases with the community. So has he (probably) stolen money that was supposed to go to a good charity, was one of the reasons Everfree Northwest went wrong (bitching all the time, doing a mature song for a PG audience, etc) made fun of someone who probably had something mental while recording it and uploading it to youtube, and many more things

 

Really, I've stopped being a fan of him after I heard all this shit

My brony playlist is around 2/3 electronic and 1/3 rock with a little acoustic. It was actually because of brony music that I started to get into EDM, and it inspired me to write stuff of my own. Rather than list all my songs, I'll list some of the artists that I have multiple tracks of

 

Archie- Honestly probably my favorite EDM brony artist

AcoustiMandobrony- yeah I have all of their elements songs

The Wonderbolts!- relatively unknown group that does interesting rock/genre twist covers to MLP songs (as well as some originals too)

ImTheMoon-really talented piano player. This artist made a brand new short piano piece for just about every episode of season 4

4EverfreeBrony- I tend to really like his laid back gentle singing style, especially on his album The Pink Side of the Moon

 

The idea behind it is what if pinkie decided to isolate herself and run away during the events of "Party of One" rather than stay and host her own party like in the show. I really like how the album grapples with the conflict Pinkie feels, and it includes some nicely done parodies as well.
