Not surprising, there was a chance of this happening ever since nations began stockpiling on those dangerous things, really nukes have been banned, but as long as tyrants exist, that's not an option.

We're stuck on this rockpile with no option to go somewhere else. Daydreaming is not going to get us to any other world, fantasies are not magic.

Thinking about how pointless it would be to engage in role plays about MLP, it is not as if I could actually talk to the characters from FIM

Imaginary friends to me are pointless.

I am thinking that you must be a person of pragmatism, so perhaps this is just your point of view and that makes sense. But role playing characters are not about imaginary friends. But creative writing, world building, immersing yourself in another character’s point of view. It has been years since I have done it but it has been fun when I did. 
the awesome part comes when your friends throw a curve ball out of some authentic reaction to something and you have to work together to make the story make sense! Haha 

Either way, if it is not for you, that is no problem at all. Perhaps your strengths and interests lie elsewhere.

As for what I was doing 10 minutes ago. Hmmm.. I am organizing while playing music in the background. Still doing it hah

I see your point.

it would be far more fun to talk to sentient programs in a VR world who thought they were MLP characters living in Equestria though, but that's not going to happen either, that would be cool, though and that's the closest one could get to actually being in that world.

But as for role playing, yeah there's that, I suppose that can help with some people to build up a fan fiction as well when you got a friend to assist you with it. It's just not my cup of tea.
