Kalus and Cryssi sat next to each other on some chairs in the spa, she leaned closer to him and started whispering so their conversation would not be heard.

 

Kalus: "I take it that's part 3 out of the way?"

 

Cryssi: "Yeah. Part 4 may take some time. Maybe years. I need to gain access and an understanding of this cities stealth systems so the WPS can develop an counter measure. Fastest way to do that would be to get my hooves code stings for the system. Most likely in an archive, and that place is most likely guarded. One that is done, I need to send the data to the WPS, have them develop the counter measure and bring this city down."

 

Kalus: "Well you have two true allies in the city now who are willing to aid you. And I pray to our goddess of the night that you are protected and successful in your endeavours."

 

Cryssi: "Still belive in God's?"

 

Kalus: "Of course." Kalus lower his head and began to mutter a small prayer for Cryssi, wishing her protection and swift success.

Lasher was blushing really hard. He was actually enjoying the hooficure. He was lying right next to Greenleaves while they were being given a hooficure. He was really relaxed, but his mind was racing on. "Oh Gawd, oh Gawd, oh Gawd, I actually like this? I actually like this? NOPONY MUST KNOW" he thought.

One of the spa ponies was massaging Elegrons back while another one polished his cybernetic horn. He saw cryssi whispering AGAIN. "Hey, what are you talking about? If it's something interesting I want to know" he smirked "and I have a right to know if your telling Kalus about what happened last night"

 

Greenleaves laughed "hehe, I can tell your enjoying it lasher." She said before leaning over and kissing him.

Leone had be observing the ponies the second they entered the spa, she wasn't one for spa treatment so she assumed her spot in an empty chair quite a ways from Cryssi and Kalus. They had been talking for some time, well whispering, and this struck Leone as odd, wasn't everypony suppose to trust each other, yet there was still secrecy present. Whatever they were talking about just didn't sit well with Leone especially when Elegron came by to suggest they were talking about 'what happened last night' so casually. Maybe it was nothing, but she had a good damn bet that letting Kalus and Cryssi into the city was the biggest mistake Elegron had made, however convincing Elegron that it was so would be something else. 

 

Audio Only: Leone, by the time you are hearing this I will be dead, hell everypony will be dead except for you, I changed your regular power armor for the M.E.G.A suit we were working on...[static] before the 'incident' guaranteeing your survival when your ship explodes . If the worse comes to worse, and Celestia knows it will because the enclave just loves their murder sprees, ponies have united to bring down the enclave. *Deep sigh and shaky voice* Leone...I love you so much...but it will be up to you to ensure that the enclave lives on, I know you are more than capable of carrying this last order out....Leone..[static] Fucking Celestia the fighting is so close! [Distant gunfire and indistinct shouting] Oh god, oh god! Leone you have to make sure that the M.E.G.A Missile does not fall into the wrong hands! [Explosions and laser sounding off much closer] Leone the password to your archive files is APPLES, everything will make sense to you when you access it and you will have codes to access whatever remains of this godforsaken faction. [More gunfire and struggled breathing] Initiate final Project [static] you will never take me Alive you bastards, I love you LEONE!

Leone's face was paler than a ghost, if it wasn't for her suit everypony would have thought she had seen a ghost, or died. In a way she did see a ghost, speaking to her from beyond his grave about archives, legacy, mega spells and love. She didn't know who the hell was talking, but by the sounds of it, it sounded like her lover and that pissed her off more than anything since she couldn't even remember his face or how their relationship was. By now she was almost bawling, her emotions had been played with once again, confusion, sadness, and anger overwhelmed her from under her suit. She desperately wanted to talk to somepony about this and what she should do, she had not been faced with such large decisions and responsibilities in her short time of awakening. She stormed out of the spa, the stress and anxiety overwhelming her and removed her helmet, throwing it down to the floor and crying, why was it her that was left to live, why did she have the access to the most powerful weapon of death at her hoof tips?

As soon as he saw leone leave, Elegron motioned for the spa ponies to stop and got up, following her. When he caught up, he saw her crying "woah, hey what's wrong" he said, putting a hoof around her shoulder. "And don't say it's nothing. I can't help you if I don't know what it is that's bothering you. And don't say I couldn't help you either because you don't know that. Trust me, I know, I get those a lot." He gave her a reassuring smile "so what's up? If you don't want to talk about it now that's fine"

Leone was caught off guard as she heard Elegron's voice and attempted to suppress her crying immediately, which didn't work at all. She turned to see him, her icy tear stained gaze piercing his soul "I-I just think this was a mistake, I don't know anypony and after heari-" she cut herself off before she almost revealed the recording she had listened to, she couldn't trust Elegron fully, not yet at least. "I just don't feel comfortable talking to you about my issue, I just haven't felt trusted or felt that anypony is trustworthy, I mean how do I know you don't use infant ponies to power your city?"

"That's.... Really dark leone. No, we use unicorn magic. Once a month I have a team come in and power the core. But that's not important. Look, I don't know what it is your going through, but you so need to promise me one thing. If you ever need help. Just ask. Your my friend Leone and I'm more than happy to help." He smiled, doing his best to calm her down.

Leone was sniffling by now, her immediately emotions having dissipated over time. She thought about it for a few moments, Elegron had seemed like he was the only genuine pony out of the whole group so she decided she would tell him. "If you have some sort of secure room or spell so that no pony can hear what I am about to tell you then you can help me, if you don't then I'm afraid you can't help me."

"Follow me, we can talk at my house, it's not far" he started walking, supporting leone. In about a minute, they reached his home and he led her inside "alright, here we are, nopony can hear us. Trust me, I would know. Dash can be.... Loud. *nervous laugh* Anyway, soundproof." He pulls out a bottle of mildly alcoholic cider and pours a glass for each of them, handing one to leone "so what's up?"

Leone walked into Elegron's house carefully, making no comment about his side-talk that she had no idea what was about. "You are probably gonna call me crazy or something equivalent to that, but I have reasonable suspicion that your 'friends' cryssi and kalus might be up to something, I saw them whispering quite intently and seriously about something. Now I know that isn't much, but I think you made a grave mistake letting them come here, I would be very careful with them, celestia knows they probably saw us coming in here so they probably are gonna play their cards carefully." She looked at Elegron to see if he was following along, but he seemed to be in absolute disbelief of what I just told him, although he could have accidentally picked a strong alcoholic cider.

Elegron looked surprised, the. Started coughing. *sorry, just, went down the wrong way is all." He regained his composure and laughed "I'm well aware of them. My plan is coming along quite smoothly. This city has more than one way of evading attack. It was built for this very purpose. But something else is bothering you leone. That would not be enough to make you cry. Please tell me, what's really bothering you?" He looked concerned.

 

 

 

A unicorn spa pony came and put a hoof on both cryssi and kalus's shoulders. "You two need anything?"

"You ever hear of a M.E.G.A missile? I wouldn't expect you to know of it." She sighed deeply and looked at the odd pony "Maybe for another time..." she wasn't sure how to properly handle her sensitive case with Elegron, especially the bits about her having control of the remnants of the enclave, if there were any other than the M.E.G.A missile. "Yeah, it's kind of hard to say when you already knew about Kalus and Cryssi and withheld that from me."

A unicorn spa pony came and put a hoof on both cryssi and kalus's shoulders. "You two need anything?"

As the spa pony came close to them, Kalus and Cryssi stopped talking and separated slightly.

 

Cryssi: "I just need to relax, do you have any recommendations for me?"

 

Kalus: "I think I will pass on your offer. While it may be tempting, I much prefer not to have a spa treatment. Enjoy yourself Cryssi. You may not get many more opportunities to relax like this in the future."

"I was going to tell you when I could. I can't have them knowing I know until the time is right. Speaking of which, I have to go back to the spa. You can come with me or stay here for a little longer if you want, just be sure to tell me if you need anything." Elegron walked down to the spa where everypony else was (if leone follows him she's with him, otherwise she's still at his house.)

Kalus took the sparkle cola and removed his mask/helmet to be able to drink. His hood and mane still covered his face from vision. "Thank you. I'll admit, I'm impressed with your city. Or what I've seen of it so far. The technology you use to hide this place is heavy classified ministry of arcane science prototype stealth technology. One would wonder where and when you acquired the designs for such a device, so yeah. You've managed to impress me, you can feel good about that. And the size is greater than I also Invisioned. The WPS does not have many deserters, the likes of Cryssi are a small exception. Didn't think you would need this much space. But with this tech, you can happily afford to live in luxury. For a young, idealistic, head first, immature moron that you are, you're doing great." Kalus took a large gulp of cola, and sat back in his chair. Slightly smiling.

Elegron trotted up to cryssi and looked into her eyes"I hid a microphone in your clothing last night. I heard everything. Tell me cryssi, do you want the blood of hundreds of ponies on your hooves? We have children cryssi. Do you know what happens if the white poison invade? They all die. What's more important, your job as a spy, or your honor and the hope of a new future."

A scientist walked into the room. Elegron knew Kalus would try and do something, and he was ready.

Cryssi: "Now, here is the thing. I may be a spy and now I know what you use to hide yourself, the WPS can simply develop a counter to it. It may be slower without design algorithms and original code strain, but you and your people chose to come here, chose to oppose the natural way of life. You say we are all bad, but do you see what we have accomplished? We have civilised the wasteland, have started production of iron and steel out west for building, we have farms and agricultural down south to grow fresh food, we have clean water supplies, we have law and order. And it's all fair. The slave market is in decline, but a punishment for prisoners to earn freedom through work or those who still think what we do is wrong. I don't understand how you can still see us as evil? Everyone who works for us wants to, and they are treated fair and payed reasonable prices for their jobs. We are like the old world, but better. If you are still against us, I'm sorry that you are too short sighted to see that what we have done is stabilise a long term future for the world. It's true, you're just a terrorist who wants to destroy the peace and force his own manner of thinking on the world." Cryssi got up and put on her clothing. Kalus put back on his mask, but still remained seated. "I guess this means we are no longer welcome. Kalus and I will be leaving now. And don't try and stop us, the three of us out match you. Oh, and one more thing, Lasher already knew about my true purpose. If you want a pony to blame for me being able to remain with you long enough for me to get inside, he could have told you about me way before Glyphmark. Come on Kalus."

"Not yet cryssi. I'm not the terrorist you think I am. I'm doing everything I can to protect my city. All I want is peace with the white poison. That's it. It really is that simple. I no longer attack them. It's pointless. I could have destroyed canterlot, but I didn't. You know why? Because I want what is best for the ponies of this world. You do too. It's what we all want. We need to unite to make sure that we can achieve that." He had a plan. His plan was still working. They would not make it far if they tried to leave. Kalus had his magic weakened by the zebra made poison he put in the sparkle cola. It was far from fatal, but his magic would be very weak, and they would not make it past the walls.

"I only want peace cryssi. If I can't have peace, then I will have to re-isolate stable city. Either way I can't let it be destroyed"

He would have peace one way or another. If they wouldn't leave the city alone, then as much as he hated it, he couldn't let them leave.

Kalus could feel the poison in his body, and entered a slight meditation trance to try and purge it from his system.

 

Cryssi: "We have laid very specific laws to follow and I cannot go against them at all. Rules are what saved us from savagery, and you consistently go against what has been set. We do not submit to the demands of terrorists and the price to achieve peace has been set. Vi told you what you have to do to stop this needless conflict. You chose to be against the world, it was you who made all these ponies rebel against us, and it is you who will destroy the world if you continue to act the way you do. I will have no blood on my hooves by the time this is over, everyone who dies by following you has their blood cover your hooves for you filled their minds with ideological nonsense and a feeling that it is better to die for an idea that holds little fruit, rather than work together to achieve a common goal that will be for the good of the entire wasteland and eventually beyond. Our plan is simple, restore order and rebuild the world with the sweat and tears of ponies willing to try and pull their weight, and know that they earned and made the world better for their children. What would you have done differently had you been the one in power?"

Elegron facehoofed "that's exactly what I'm doing! Don't you get it? We have the same goals! Why do we fight? It's foolish to keep this up cryssi, you know that. There has to be another way to have peace. And if not..... Alright then. I will have to meet with bloodrop and vi. Sorry for the poison Kalus, it will wear off soon, I wanted to make sure nothing would happen. Now.... Do I let you go? You have information that you could give to the white poison. But it doesn't matter. I expected and prepared for this. You are free to go. But don't think knowing my location will help you any." The guards led the two ponies out of the spa and out of stable city. "Spark. Activate project escape."

"What! It's a prototype!"

"Does it look like I give a shit? It will work"

"Of course" spark ran down to the control room and imputed the password. There was a loud creaking sound that cryssi and Kalus could hear from outside the city, and the guards ran back inside looking terrified, as the inner servos and hydronic a did their job. The stealth field momentarily fell as all power was directed into a single purpose. Elegrons team of elite unicorns took the magical power as their own and cast a combined spell. And stable city vanished.

It re-appeared far far away, on the other side of the wasteland

"Power is slowly restoring"

Cryssi: "Honestly Kalus. This guy is a fucking idiot. He wants peace and the same as us, yet he murders us and continues to resist because he does not want to be punished for his actions. If he would just grow a mind and surrender himself and his rebels the fighting would he over. Fuck him. Did you place the beacon?"

 

Kalus: "No need. I have his magic signature, I can trace him all across the wasteland. Not even his stealth can help him now. I will know where he is every second of his life, and that means he will lead us right to stable city. And he is non the wiser."

 

Cryssi: "Can't he detect you?"

 

Kalus: "Of course not. Mt magic is nowhere to be found, and he cannot escape me. Even now he moves his city to try and escape justice. We need our countermeasures and then he is The WPS's. Nothing can save him now. Let's get back to the Queen, we need to report put findings."

 

Cryssi: "Yeah. Zac, come on. It's time to go home."

[Elegron 168]

Elegron ran forward and hopped on his sky chariot and took off towards the badlands. He activated the onboard stealth field and looked behind as stable cities own field regenerated.

He radios in "I'm turning myself in. But this may not be goodbye. I place Greenleaves in charge incase I do not return. Let's hope I don't."

His message was sent to all ponies that held power within stable city and the word spread. Elegron was going to end this war the best way he could see.

Dark crystals were starting to spread from the Crystal Stable towards the Crystal Empire. "Those mutants will pay for invading our lands. They will pay for kicking us out of our own homeland. They will regret having forced us away from our own HOME". Scar stood beside the shadow of Rave. "Yes, we will finally reclaim our own homeland. We will finally regain our honor. We will finally have a home for our own. No longer will we have to hide under the ground, away from the sun". 

 

Lasher heard the broadcast. "I just arrive here and already shit is happening. Great, just great" he thought.

It took some doing but between Rex, and scorpion trainer's translantion, and a very unique cleansing spell from talented unicorns from all across the WPS. Rain was eventually healed, and awoke in the infirmary in the badlands where Blooddrop lived. "Ugh, my headache. What happened?" I said sleepily. Rex was asleep in the corner of the room. Apparently he never left my side despite all that happened. The nurse pony came to me then, "Ah, your awake finally. How are you?" she asked politely. Still getting a hold on my surroundings, "I guess I feel fine, I am just...blank minded. I feel like years have gone by." She smiled then, "You can relax Madam, Ponyville knows where you are. Things are relatively stable. You can talk to Blooddrop soon. For now, please rest," she said reassuringly.

Leone had stood behind in Elegron's house, snooping around as she listened to audio files that she had accessed from the archives of her suit, each of them providing her with information pertaining to the M.E.G.A Missiles location, creation, power, and expected effects to the surrounding environments. In-between one of the audio files the stallion speaking was abruptly cut and replaced with a mare's voice, HER voice.

 

Ahem! Fellow Enclavers!

It's been a long and grueling journey with our science division, Atlas, but finally the M.E.G.A Missile has entered its fabrication stage, soon all of those rebels and insolent little ponies that resist our raids and military dictatorship will finally heed to the authority of a higher, absolute power. I had only dreamed about the coming of this day, but now that it is here the destiny of destruction and absolute rule cannot be changed! [Loud Cheering and Chanting of the Enclave Populous for a short while] I can hear them, the anger, the bitterness, the sadness of the souls of those defective wasteland abominations, the Enclave desires destruction, it desires that these ponies conclude their very own existence! If at evolution's extreme there is destruction, it was destined to be that way, that's where the ultimate power of our M.E.G.A Missiles come in! in order for us to create a new world of life and protect its future, this world must be reset, so my fellow Enclavers, today we launch our largest assault on this defective world! Long live the Enclave!! [Even louder cheering]

 

Leone couldn't believe what she had just heard from the audio log, just who was she? Was she some psychopath Enclave Enthusiast? Whichever the case, she couldn't help but actually agree with what she said in the audio file, all of equestria was in ruins and by her experience in being in it there was no saving it. She suddenly felt her body lurch forward as the city teleported so abruptly, the immediate world and herself being displaced, forcing her to the ground. "What the hell was that?" She asked herself and rushed outside the house, into the spa, spotting only Lasher inside "What is Celestia's name was that?"
