TOMahwk 351 April 22, 2012 Share April 22, 2012 I could even pitch better than the Red Sox bullpen, and I hit my head coach 3 times during practice so i never got a chance to pitch Arrieta gave up 5 runs in 4.1 innings "In the end it all comes down to just how far we can slide" V Check out my Artwork at V http://tomahwk94.deviantart.com/

Doctor XFizzle 8,672 April 22, 2012 Author Share April 22, 2012 I think it's safe to say that the Texas Rangers are REALLY good and should win the AL West and probably make it back to the World Series barring any huge injuries. They have hitting, starting pitching, and a strong bullpen. Could be the most complete team in MLB right now. All joking aside, I think you're right, though I would like to see the world series be either the Orioles, Rangers, or Indians (Have to have some biased-ness in there, but will never happen) vs the Mets, Nationals, or Dodgers. Mets have been slowing down but they seem like they have a decent chance of maintaining a good record. Nationals' pitching is godly right now. Doctor XFizzle 8,672 April 22, 2012 Author Share April 22, 2012 I said it before, I'll say it again. The Texas Rangers are the real deal. Respect the hell out of that team. My Tigers are not looking like contenders at all. Our supposedly explosive offense is only averaging like 3 runs in its past 10 games. TOMahwk 351 April 23, 2012 Share April 23, 2012 My friend just offered me a trade: I get Derek Jeter and Mark Teixeira He gets Roy Halladay and Edwin Encarnacion I'm tempted to take it, I need more run production and my pitching staff is already very solid.... On a side note Wandy Rodriguez pitched a good game "In the end it all comes down to just how far we can slide" V Check out my Artwork at V http://tomahwk94.deviantart.com/

Doctor XFizzle 8,672 April 23, 2012 Author Share April 23, 2012 On a side note Wandy Rodriguez pitched a good game I figured that his stats would be decent but since he's on the Astros, he's not going to get a lot of Ws. The game before I dropped him he went like 8 IP, 1 ER, 6 Ks, yet Astros lost 1-0. Lady Rarity Pony 4,894 April 23, 2012 Share April 23, 2012 ATTENTION METS FANS: Do you feel like R.A. Dickey is going to be a solid to very good pitcher this year? My friend is willing to trade him to me because he really wants Carlos Beltran (he's a Cardinals fan and Beltran's hot right now for them). My current SPs are Jared Weaver, Rocky Romero, Wandy Rodriguez, Rick Porcello (temporary), and Doug Fister (on the DL for a week or two). Late reply but....NO. I've seen it too many times before. R.A. Dickey is gonna end up returning to a mediocre starter :V LRP's opinions are subject to change without notice. Fees and penalties still apply. Scootaloo Is Best Filly 578 April 23, 2012 Share April 23, 2012 (edited) The Rangers scare the ever living crap out of me. This is exactly why the Yankees needed those 2 wins from the Red Sox. Today makes the 3 game series with the Rangers. And I don't ask for much. All that I ask is one game. One game that the Rangers lose and that the Yankees win. Just one game. I don't think that's to much to ask with Sabathia, Nova, and Hughes pitching. Nova has been on a fricken roll and Sabathia. Well, CC is CC. I think the Rangers win this series 2 games to 1 . All I ask is that the Yankees don't get swept. OKAY, Scratch that Nova doesn't pitch until Friday with Verlander on the mound. Verlander is gonna own them. :( Edited April 23, 2012 by RainbowDashFan Facebook: Josh B.

Scootaloo Is Best Filly 578 April 25, 2012 Share April 25, 2012 (edited) Well most of the time I would say don't be so sure. But seeing as how Detroit lost the first 2 games. And tonight they are going up against the one the only "King" Felix Hernandez who is a really awesome pitcher. I'd say that the Tigers have their work cut out for them tonight. But, don't worry you will have my Yankees for the Tigers to tee off them on Friday. EDIT: Okay, I didn't know it was a 4 game set. Tigers might win on Thursday. Porcello is a pretty good pitcher isn't he? And he's facing Noesi, now I don't know too Much about Hector Noesi other then he used to play for my boys until he was traded along with Montero to the M's for Pineda and Jose Campos. But, he is still pretty unproven, he has a high ceiling but it's not as if he's unbeatable or anything. I think your Tigers have a chance to beat him.
