iDashingRainbow 95 January 29, 2015 Share January 29, 2015 In detail, would you rather live up to about 90 but sad, or live to 30 but happy ? Personally, I'd rather live happy. There's no point in living if you're not happy
catnet 9,358 January 29, 2015 Share January 29, 2015 (edited) Hmm... having friends makes me happy, and is pretty much one of the main reasons why I'm alive right now. A sad life would be a life where I couldn't help or be friends with people, and thus have no purpose (and I'm seriously not just being cheesy here)... so no, a short happy life is best for me. Besides, I'd much rather quality of life over quantity, anyday Why would you want to prolong something you don't enjoy? Admiral Regulus 2,769 January 29, 2015 Share January 29, 2015 I'm not one of those people who thinks life is worth living at any cost. If I'm not going to be happy, I'd rather not live at all... so you can guess what answer I chose. Tumblr

Geek0zoid 1,468 January 29, 2015 Share January 29, 2015 (edited) I think it should be pretty normal to want to live a short, but happy life. If you want to live a long and sad one... well, you should probably talk to someone about that :/ Edited January 29, 2015 by Geek0zoid Signature made by: Rainbow Skywalker My little YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/GeekySteven (Game (Mostly) and Pony Reviews) (Yes, I'm actually active) My Johari Window thingymabob :http://kevan.org/johari?name=StevenEarthPony ASK ME A QUESTION OR TWO!:http://mlpforums.com/topic/85648-ask-steven-anything-you-want-he-loves-answering-your-questions/#entry2228380

Frostgage 7,976 January 29, 2015 Share January 29, 2015 This is a good question, I agree with most others with short and happy. Life isn't just about living as long as you can. Ziggy + Angel + Rain 11,303 January 29, 2015 Share January 29, 2015 I don't especially want to live any kind of life all the way to ninety, geez. xD There'd likely be some documentary made about me: The oldest man with the most pony merch. But I couldn't be miserable surrounded by pony merch. And I'm already thirty-two, so I missed the 30 mark. Regardless, life is good and bad. Happy and sad. Choice isn't part of the equation. I'll just take a standard mix of both and see how long I survive lol. Untitled Goose Q 5,137 January 29, 2015 Share January 29, 2015 It is not the length of life that matters, but rather how that life is lead. Adachi 772 January 30, 2015 Share January 30, 2015 It depends. I couldn't see living a purely happy life, because we need some form of conflict in our lives to grow. If it's possible to make my own happiness in the sad life, I would probably pick the sad, longer life. But not if I felt I couldn't handle it. “I am quite sure now that often, very often, in matters concerning religion and politics a man’s reasoning powers are not above the monkey’s.” — Mark Twain
gamecubeguy214 2,512 January 30, 2015 Share January 30, 2015 Live to 90 and sad. My life is probably much sadder than what sad you mean. I am expected to go under school, homework, and many sad moments. I'm usually depressed and sad, and sometimes I hurt myself, pulling huge chunks of my head hair and pinching myself. I can't do anything else, otherwise I'm just a sad person who is never happy and always sad, and there's nobody to support me usually, so I just live a miserable life. However, I wanna live as long as possible. I don't want to die, I sometimes think of the reality that I will die one day, and I don't know if I won't exist or be in the afterlife.
