Mark shook his head at Snowflake with a grin. "No, no no. That wont work! I mean, it sounds kind of living, but thats not the problem, really. The thing is, you dont greet the victims. Well, not at first, anyhow. You wait til they get settled in, get a little comfortable, and then, you start with the small things." He lectured, waving his arms around as he spoke. "Maybe close a door behind them, drop something in their nearby vicinity, whispering in their ears once in a while works too. Then you just make the hauntings more and more intense til they've had enough." He continued, his grin growing even larger. "But thats the normal stuff, and it is kinda cliche. So we need to do something special, something the victims will never forget! Something that will go down in history!" He spoke, his voice becoming louder and louder the more words came out. Then, he got up in the air, and floated on his back, arms behind his head. "So, anyone got any ideas?" He asked the ghosts, and doll, eager to hear suggestions.

"We don't want anything so blatant as greeting the victims, or possessing dolls," Victoria said, firmly. "You know what happens when ghosts do that? People then start thinking about destroying the house to try and rid it of its haunting, and the ghosts are left homeless. Take it from me, I've lived here a long time and the subtle ways are best. Also, if people start talking about the ghosts, many other people won't believe them. If we start doing horror play stuff, then people could even get photographs of it and then the disbelief of others goes. This is my home now and I don't want to lose it."

"I don't think the English Government will be as bold as to destroy this building just because its haunted, back in America if they discover a building is haunted it either gets left alone minus the few teenagers and young adults who come in every once and awhile, or it becomes a tourist attraction. I'm pretty sure we can play a few jokes on the living just as long as we don't do anything severe" Snowflake walks over to Sal doll and picks him/her up "what's your input on this Sal?"

"Well kid, it easy, (Sal says appearing behind the kid) It's like driving a car, yah got to get into it them, you got to just be yourself, tho the string is harder to move but you can move it and you can make it say what you want to say, it's harder but it makes it more peaceful, more than creeping others out, I once had a full conversation with a girl in the park, she was nice, and it not creepy thats how we were back then, just talked to anyone."

Charles scratched his head at all the political talk. "I only knew America was a country because of Pearl Harbor and how they fought with us in the war. My dad couldn't serve because of his terrible eyesight, he needed spectacles to get through. I died before we could win, though. I wish I could have lived to see that. In fact, I never really got to talk to the living. I wonder what we should do the next chance we get."

Terrence shook his head. "I have to agree with Victoria. Whether they'd wreck the place or not, we don't want to scare them off and end up here by ourselves forever. At least, I don't. I think before we do anything, we should wait and see who comes here, and what they're like. Then we can decide what to do about them after, but for now, at least, we should be careful."

Victoria rolled her eyes. "I only opened this house as a conduit to other spirits to get company," she said. "Not to risk my home being destroyed."

 

When Terrance spoke, Victoria smiled briefly. "That's a good point," she said. "After all, this group might be reasonable; not like the last resident. I didn't like him at all; he reminded me of my stepfather." She shuddered at the thought.

"I'm happy you did that," Charles told Victoria. "After I died, I feel as though I've found peace here. I just hope whoever lives here next has found a sense of belonging, much like we have together." He paused to reflect on that statement. He wondered about the new group Victoria was talking about and hoped he could also find peace with the living whenever they might show up. Maybe his preventable death could provide a valuable lesson to anyone that moved in someday.

Snowflake gives everyone a long emotionless stair then decides to walk away towards Sal once he enters the room Sal went in the door slams shut behind him "closest thing to magical abilities... doubt its enough to keep a ghost out though" Snowflake walks up to Sal "I can tell by your accent your not from around here either... your an American like me" Snowflake takes off the mask he had been wearing (probably should of mentioned he was wearing a Happy Mask in the OOC... well now you know) "you and I shouldn't belong here, they fear the place will be destroyed if we do anything but if we don't do anything then what makes a difference if this place stands or not.... its just a pile of wood being held together by nails" Snowflake gives off a sigh "So Sal what brought you to England? Work?, Wealth?, or simply just cause?"

Well Snowy, it's her home and we have to repect that though, old Sal dont want to start no problems here but the fact is many already know this place is haunted saw the building in the newspaper thats why I came here and to your other question Work, these brits were sending troops to fight the kruats, the great war they called it, but I learned later a bit after my death the U.S entered the war, but all that time the gangs of Britain were trying to control my work group since we were miners, and we got hold of the best stash of iron since 1767, but I remember when the 2nd great war happened, took my nightly walk then, boom bombs everywhere everyso often the bombs would make me appear so I went back to the forest.

Mark didnt say much after asking for suggestions, just listening to the things the others said. He guessed it made sense that they didnt want the buildng brought down, but really, all he wanted was to have some fun with the living along with other ghosts. Groups made everything more fun. He noticed that one ghost, Sal he believed, exited the room and went into another one, but he didnt mind it much. "Everything needs privacy once in a while, after all." He thought, focusing back on the group while still 'laying' in the air. What rally piqued his interest was when one of the other ghosts, Snowflake, followed Sal moments after. "Forget my previous statement." He thought once again, getting his feet back to the floor, and 'coughing' to get attention. "Forgive me, but im going off to look around the Asyl-Erm, Home for Wayward Girls. You know, get re-familiarized with the place." He said, walking and waving around the building to further prove his point. "Anyway, wanna find me, i'll be in the walls" He finished, walking backwards into a wall. Once he was out of their senses, he lost his smile, and turned a bit serious... As serious as he could get, anyway. He got off the ground and floated around the building for a bit, trying to find the right room the two other ghosts walked into. If they went into it, anyway. Snowflake could have just taken another door, or wall, and gone somewhere else, but nonetheless he wanted to check. After a few minutes of what seemed like an eternity he heard some very faint talking through a wall. He floated right next to it, put his head sideways against the wall, and then just pushed his ear through the wall so he could hear what they said. One the other side, all that could be seen was just a very bright, spectral ear that just stood out on a dark, grey wall, like it was nailed to it. It was essentially like lighting a bonfire in the middle of a pitch black cave and waving their arms around. After a few moments of that, he realized that it wasnt really that interesting, also the fact that it wasnt his business, but would he really care about that? Anyhow, after he listened in to them, he had left that particular room and was now just aimlessly floating around the Asylum, waiting for something to do. If nothing fun showed up, he might aswell try to meditate or sleep or something. But for now, he was fine with floating around and popping up in empty rooms, filling him with nostalgia.

"Well no time to be down, I'll show you a few tricks, that way you can have a little fun, (Sal walks over to a near by doll and picks his up and holds it, as if checking it) "This will do, alright go ahead and do what I said last time, you should be able to move this doll, don't mind if the doll is old, it wont hurt your fun an any little way, we got a ball over there (pointing to the back of the room, where a small red ball lies) We could play some football, you know the english version."

@, "2000," Emily replied. "I saved up for ages to buy the car, and when I had half, my parents gave me the rest. It may seem confusing now, but you'll get used to it. I bet I'd be just as bad if I went to America."

@@Yoshi89, "We can only hope," Victoria said. She gave a heavy sigh as she thought of how disappointed she'd been by previous tenants to the house. Victoria could produce some scary phenomena herself, but prefered not to cuz of the energy it took up.

"I used some of the money I had left over from my college funds, funny thing is I still have a good about of money left, but I lost almost one-third of it just transferring to pounds. Snowflake puts his mask back on "English football?.... oh Soccer.... we need at least 4 people to do that you know..... we should be careful with that ball though, one window breaks and Victoria... or one of the others will be all over us" Snowflake starts messing with a creaking floor board then gets bored very quickly "if only something exciting would happen" Snowflake looks at the door hoping Mark didn't hear that "good that weird ghost... Mark... didn't kick down the door this time"
