I don't think it's an official channel. Why would they put those up for free when you can pay to watch them on their subscription service? 

Heck, I only put them up because NJPW world is down for maintenance. I encourage you and everypony else year to buy the service. Cheaper than the WWE network.

Gotta think of this from a bussiness standpoint. Why would they put their matches up for free? 

It'd be like WWE posting NXT episodes to YouTube. If they did that, I bet at least 1 in every 4 subscribers would cancel.

1. That's true.
2. I think NXT is the only reason a lot of people subscribe to WWE's network because, their PPV's sure don't seem like they mean much, IMO.

Sounds like most of the subscriber base are the folks who watch Raw/SD religiously. Even with the 20 year low ratings, there's still over 2 million viewers watching twice a week. So the PPVs would matter to them.

I don't know if Raw or Smackdown will ever be cancelled but it sure would feel weird if they were.

I wouldn't think so. There was one show for 5 years. Pretty much felt that way for most of SDs life. Half the time it was just a recap show.

It wasn't that bad. I liked the educational tidbits (Cesaro can speak 6 languages apparently). Plus banning moves to the head forced wrestlers to get creative for once. Way too many neckbreakers, DDTs, bulldogs, headlocks and punches to the face these days.

I guess I wasn't a fan of the wrestlers that were featured on Saturday Morning Slam & other "pre-shows" like that.

Also, it's amazing what NXT can get away with when compared to the WWE's main roster.

Probably cause the schedule isn't as grueling. NXT are effectivly PWG but with air conditioning.

I mean, they're allowed to do moves like poison rana's as well as other moves you would never see on Raw or Smackdown.
