Can't believe I've been sleeping on Grayson Waller, dude's a brilliant heel

That was my first time seeing Grayson Waller and I was impressed. Trouble is, he looks like a natural smiler. :pistachio:

r/CyberFight - More "LAST" LOVE Keiji Muto posters

Tomorrow is Keiji Mutoh's final match. And Pro wrestling NOAH is pulling out all the stops for their first Tokyo Dome show in nearly 20 years.

Mutoh has hand picked his final opponent. And his career shall end facing the man whose career he inspired to begin: Tetsuya Naito. 11 years after their first match, Naito gets to show his hero how much he's grown since and prove how worthy he is of the mantle of pro-wrestling 'genius.' It won't be easy. Mutoh has said he is in rough shape, so this retirement couldn't come soon enough.

r/CyberFight - Match Card and All the Major Posters for Keiji Muto Grand Final Pro-Wrestling "LAST" LOVE ~Hold Out~ TONIGHT; 1600 JP/2 AM ET on Wrestle Universe

In the semi-main event is a clash that could very well be a MotY contender. Last year, Kaito Kiyomiya tagged with rival turned mentor Keiji Mutoh to face Mutoh's protege, Hiroshi Tanahashi and the man Kaito's been compared to since his debut: Kazuchika Okada. Okada bitched him out of the building that night and Kaito has had to spend the last year rebuilding himself from the ground up. Now Kaito is a new man, the tools of Mutoh's trade having been passed down to him and using them to become GHC Heavyweight champion. And on night II of WK17, Kaito returned the punk card Okada issued him a year earlier, via a kick to the face. One that did two things no one else has been able to do: make Okada bleed and make Okada angry. The result was the ugliest pull apart brawl either man has been involved in. Now for the first time ever, IWGP World & GHC Heavyweight champions will meet 1v1.

r/CyberFight - Match Card and All the Major Posters for Keiji Muto Grand Final Pro-Wrestling "LAST" LOVE ~Hold Out~ TONIGHT; 1600 JP/2 AM ET on Wrestle Universe

That won't be the only NWJP vs. NOAH match. It's not even the on champ. vs. champ. match. IWGP Jr. champion Hiromu Takehashi has been calling out KONGO's Haoh ever since last years WrestleKingdom. Well he's getting it now, but from the man whose since left the red millitants and also rebuilt himself as champion. He is now Amakusa, the GHC jr. champion and he wants to show Hiromu and the world how special NOAH's Jr. Heavyweights really are ahead of Hiromu's sponsored world junior festival.

r/CyberFight - Match Card and All the Major Posters for Keiji Muto Grand Final Pro-Wrestling "LAST" LOVE ~Hold Out~ TONIGHT; 1600 JP/2 AM ET on Wrestle Universe

It's not just New Japan NOAH has to contend with. Emissaries from the company they splintered off from, All Japan Pro-Wrestling, will be represented in honor of their old president, Mutoh. AJPW's top guys in Yuma Aoyagi, Suwama & Kento Miyahara battle Kongo's Kenoh & former All Japan alumni Manabu Soya & Katsuhiko Nakajima. The collision between the latter will be interesting, considering both Miyahara & Nakajima were students of a guy you may remember as a former WCW U.S. champion and Road Warrior Hawk's second best tag partner, Kensuke Sasaki.

There will be many more matches and you can watch them all on Fite TV or by signing up to WrestleUniverse and ordering the PPV at a discount.

I wonder how Sting’s WWE career would go if Triple H was in charge of creative.

Triple H seems to like long-term storytelling, would Triple H have let WCW win at Survivor Series 2001 to build to Sting showing up later?...:wau:

I still haven’t forgiven WWE for how they made Sting look and treated him.

I’m grateful for how AEW is treating him and making look like a legend.

Welp, the Keiji Mutoh retirement show has come and gone. And with it, a showcase of everything CyberFight and it's [partners had to offer. Tokyo Joshi fought in the dome. DDT fought in the dome. All Japan fought in the dome. DragonGate fought in the dome. Even New Japan fought in the dome. I'd highly recommend catching it just for the WrestleMania levels of spectacle alone.

Hiromu fought an old tag partner. Kaito stepped up to the Rainmaker. Mutoh gave his best against the new genius, Tetsuya Naito, paying tribute in his retirement match to the likes of Shinya Hashimoto & Mitsuharu Misawa, two legends who never got to have theirs. And the night was capped off by a secret main event.

And with respects payed in the dome to those we lost along the way, we have to honor the losses of two of wrestling's finest in Lanny The Genius" Poffo and Jerry Jarrett. One the intellectual brother to a complete savage, the other an influential promoter in Tennessee and father to a guy who helped make an Impact.

Sting is not in WWE, he’s in AEW and that’s a great thing and he’s getting an amazing sendoff.

So Mutoh faced one of his handpicked opponents, Tetsuya Naito, in his retirement match in the dome last week. But he wasn't the first choice.

Would you believe Keiji Mutoh wanted to face this guy in the Tokyo Dome instead?

The Rock accounts for a third of all Asian US lead film roles — Quartz

Apparently the offer was out there. But the Rock's asking price was a bit too high.

To think, last month we had a chance of getting The Great One vs. The Great Muta in the Tokyo Dome

"The Great One vs. The Great Muta" is the perfect usage of the "Once in a lifetime" tagline unlike some other matches.

(Even though I love Cena/Rock 1.)

I actually like most of the male wresters in WWE now which, is something I haven't been able to say since 2001-Pre-Ruthless Agression.

I've been a fan of Sheamus since he debuted in WWECW back in I think 2009. He's always had a great look and a very underrated move set. I'd say that Sami Zayn and Cody Rhodes are my favorites on the main roster, and Bron Brekker is my favorite on the NXT roster. WWE is so stacked with talent right now, and it makes me happy that they are.

Roxanne Perez is my favorite on NXT right now. The first time I saw her was during the Royal Rumble and I thought she was cool.

Grayson Waller is another NXT-er who I'm starting to like quite a bit, too.

Favorites for the active main roster male wrestlers...AJ Styles for nostalgia and Gunter for "newer" wrestlers.

John Cena is my favorite "Legend who isn't in the hall of fame who still wrestles sometimes.".

My favorite THQ/Yukes wrestling games are Smackdown Vs. Raw 2007, WWE 13 and WWE 12.  :rarity:
