well actually the 3 man group seems most balanced. stealth attacker, flying close range tank, and a long range sniper 

 

4 man group is all close range lol

they do however have a flipping tank cannon

Yes but Dashia is also a mid ranged attacker. She only has her tail blade to melee and she isn't wearing that power armor.
