Hello there! This thread will be continuously be updated with new Amiibo that I get. 

 

Lets start!

(Super Smash Bros Series Amiibo's)

Sonic:

 

The Sonic amiibo is the second amiibo in my collection. Long before it even came out. I knew how hard it was to get certain amiibo's. And I didn't want to miss out on a Sonic amiibo. So I preordered it the moment I could. My Sonic amiibo is the only one I've opened so far.

 

My Sonic amiibo is currently at level 47

Shulk:

The first amiibo I ever got. I've always wanted to play Xenoblade Chronicles because of Shulk's inclusion in Smash 4. So when I heard that the Shulk amiibo was going to be Gamestop exclusive just like the game was. I preordered Shulk as soon as I could!

This amiibo hasn't been taken out of the box yet.

 

P.S. I'm really feeling it!

 

Mega Man:

My most recent amiibo purchase. (Sonic and Mega Man were bought on the same day at the same exact time)

This is the only amiibo that I didn't preorder. But they had a bunch of them sitting at the store. And I liked Mega Man so I figured "Why Not?"

 

This one has not been taken out of the box either.

These....are....neat. Like, really neat. I definitely want to start collecting these, even if I have no games to support them. The MegaMan one looks so cool.

 

I really want a Luigi Amiibo and a Link one. I think Nintendo is doing the collectible video game figures thing better than most.

I heard that Amiibo's are eventually going to be released as cards. (Kinda like the AR cards.) And while this doesn't help collectors. It will still be good for the people who wanted a Little Mac Amiibo. Or a Captain Falcon Amiibo. Which are the really rare ones.

I have heard that Nintendo has been running short on some of them, which is a shame. They work so well as game pieces or collectibles that look awesome, I want them more for the second reason. If they start only making cards or preferring cards, that would take away a great aspect in my opinion, but it is good for those that just want the gameplay aspect from them.

I love the gameplay aspect of Amiibo's. And while I agree that yes. Turning them into cards would deter from most of their value. But people can still get taht gameplay aspect from it.

I mean. If they rereleased the Little Mac amiibo as a card. Can you imagine how much hell a level 50 Little Mac amiibo would be?

 

But I agree. I mean. I feel like my Sonic amiibo is my little pet that I teach. And having it be a figure solidifes that feeling. If that makes any sense

The only Amiibos I have are Mario and Pikachu. I'd really like to get Ness, Lucario, and Pit if they were more common.

I have two so far, Peach and Rosalina. The Rosalina one I got online from Japan because she was sold out here in the west. Amiibo are region free btw.

 

I want to get Lucina, R.O.B. and Mr. Game and Watch, but I'm not sure if I can get enough money to buy all those.
