These are prototype designs from another tumblr comic blog I am planning to start where I can do more generalized comics outside of Trixiecraft. Goal is to keep it simple and cute with out looking to scribbly, like most stick ponies I have seen. Any opinions on these designs as they are?

I like Twily, most are totally fine.

Rarity needs a more stylish tail, perhaps not so much overlap [the one above looks like she has a set of purple rings on her tail.

Really bad ASCII example of what I mean by less overlap.rarity_tail_vector_by_thegirlnamedsig-d5But here's the tail.  It is 3 shapes with little overlap rather than blocks on each other.

these are really cool, I especially like the pinkie one! But I think the twilight one would look a bit better if you made the mane go out more at the front, instead of it just ending at the forehead, but you don't have to change it if you don't want to, it is your thing after all! also, it would be great if you posted a link when the blog is ready!

Alright, thanks for the feedback, I should be able to make those tweaks pretty easy. Goal is to keep it as simply stupid as I can, but the stuff your saying isn't like 'It niids mer lins'  :derp: "mer shdin" or anything, which is good haha.


Oh, I don't know what this only occurred to me now, guess I was just that tired, Twilight needs a wing too  :derp:

They look pretty great. I like all of their mains and tails (except for Rarity's, sorry  :(). But great job  :)

That's why I'm here asking, I have had two 'complaints' (I know they aren't really complaints) on Rarity now, so please, give me some direction. If I am going to be using these designs a bunch I would like people to like them all if I can.

 

Also I will be doing other ponies other then the mane six in this style too, I know I will at the very least do Celestia today. Any suggestions on others you would like to see me do?

Much better.  Although my opinion isn't strong one way or the other; I think I liked the original Twily design.  No accounting for taste.

I think that Fluttershy's mane should be a bit waiver. Other than that, these are great!

I'll see if I can't make that happen.

Ya I am sort of torn, I liked the original one but I like the idea of the bangs hanging off to. I may do one more edit on it and just put it to vote or something.
