Blizzard nodded. It sounded really fun, so he found another log, and a hill, just outside the swamp, "Let's go!" he shouted as he waited for her to get in as well, "Whenever you're ready, let's go! Three, two, one...." he had purposefully paused to give Tyra a chance to start this time.

Tyra grinned widely and hopped into the log, awaiting Ice's signal. She had never done such a thing back home, but it was incredibly exciting, rolling down a hill in a dark log and feeling dizzy and almost nauseous!

 

"GO!" She yelled, bumping against the other side of the log to get it rolling down the hill. She whooped and yelled with delight as the log rolled down the hill at a great speed.

Blizzard had fun with Tyra, as they rolled downhill, and crashed into another tree. He was a bit hurt for a moment, but laughed off the pain, "Haha. Thanks axe girl. You're like the sister I never had. Now, I can't wait to get to tat tower later. We gotta keep going. Come on, let's go." he said as he ran back to the burned camp.

As most of our heroes tryed to clear there maind,weather started to change.And from day blu and butifull,becomed dark day filled with dark black clouds.Air was starting to get ticker,and wind started to blowe from south.

It was like a storm was coming...

"Well, I've always been lost at everything other than levitation. I can clean things pretty well, too. Bad family habit," she laughed, then paused, seriously considering his question. "Well, defensive magic I definitely need work on. It always looked like it took a lot of energy, though. Where..."

 

She paused, watching the storm as it rolled in, surprisingly quickly. "Well, maybe not now, then," she said quietly. "Unless you have a defensive spell against rain?"

Ticktock chuckled and brought a shield up around the both of them "That answer for question? Shields are the most basic and one of the only forms of defensive magic they protect against anything I mean Shining  *Snarls* Twilight's brother who is the captain of the royal guard put a shield around all of Canterlot which withstood a changeling attack for a large amount of time."

Caramel whistled quietly. It had been a hard skill to learn, considering the muzzle, but it was useful. Doing her best to ignore the jab at Twilight, she added thoughtfully to his comment, "Yeah, I know. That's why I always respected that family so much from afar. I thought they must have had an insane amount of magic. So, how do I make a shield of my own?" she asked conversationally, no longer afraid of the rain.

Blizzard looked up into the sky as he walked back to Ticktock and Caramel, "Looks like there's a storm coming guys. We better prepare ourselves. So, how are we doing right now, hm? Are we all ready to get moving when the time calls for it? That tower sounds easy to handle."

Ticktock smiled at Caramel "Well my dear first you build up your magic, then focus on it making a super hard bubble around you then release the energy and then just like that you have a shield."

 

Ticktock turned to Blizzard "Yeah I feel better and you bet I am ready to go kick some flank inside that tower!"

Tyra eyed up the tower, stretching and popping the joints in her neck as she took a breath.

 

"This is it," She said to the others, "The final battle. The witch is in there, and we must use our combined might to stop whatever tricks she had ready for us!"

 

She hopped in place to psyche herself up, then began dragging her hoof on the ground.

"If everypony else is ready, we go."

 

She perked up and looked around the group to realise something; Red was not present.

She looked around, and spotted her and Blizzard laying next to each other, still fast asleep.

 

She trotted over and gently nudged her pet awake, who awoke with a soft grunt.

Tyra leaned down and whispered two little words; "Wake up."

 

As if something had engaged inside of the wolf, she sprang up and began attacking Red...'s face with an abundance of licks.

 

A wake-up call.

Caramel stared at Ticktock's description of the spell.

 

"Well, I now understand why you are an adventurer, not a teacher," she said at last, attempting to do as he instructed her. To her great surprise, she actually managed it.

 

Actually, maybe it came out too strong. She thought as she watched her green magic fade away into the distance. It had certainly taken some energy away from her, too. Oops. "Er, right. Ready to go." she said to Tyra. "Ready as I'll ever be." She absently attempted to cast the shield again. It came out too weak this time, and flickered briefly before dying. She growled quietly in frustration, and sighed, huddling under Ticktock's rain shield for the moment.

 

(Off to bed for me. Good night, guys.)

caliber had been thinking in silence for the longest time before he remembered that he had a job, a mission to do.

 

he stood up, and started walking back to where he had left his sword. upon arriving, he buckled it in, and started looking for the others.

 

it wasn't long before he found tyra attempting to wake up red.

Red woke up to a bunch of tongue on her face. She grumbled sleepily, attempting to push off the furry Blizzard.

 

Oh. Oh, it must be time to go. She stood up-- which was difficult not only because she was still tired, but because Blizzard was on top of her-- and looked around. Caliber and Ice Blizzard had come back, thank goodness. She smiled vaguely.

 

She glanced at the sky. It was dark, and there was a giant tower with weird black things coming out of it on the lake. That was new.

 

After a moment, she turned to Tyra, petting Blizzard's head. "Time to go?"

                                                                                       CHAPTER III          

 

The dark tower stood in swamp,for over a month before it was reviled.Tower was builded on foundation of tricks and lies and now as it finish growing it becomes unstable and filled with dark magic,ready to explode and relise nightmare posion on all of Equestria.

 

Now is a time to show no fear and storm the tower in a name of Equestria.

 

 

                                                                                  The Nightmare Within

 

As the storm clouds becomed darker,and rain started to fall around this strange looking tower.The order was already inside,but they moved slow,and they needed help of our heroes.

Tybalt rushed outside of one enterens to the tower order made,looking at Red and Tyra "Quick find you friends and meet my inside,HURRY!" Tybalt instantly turned around and rushed back in side tower.As he yelled for our heroes to hurry our heroes could seen fear in his voice.

"Okay, let's go!" Caramel cried ecstatically. At this point, a weak green shield was around her that managed to block about half the rain attempting to soak her. However, as there was quite a bit of it, she was soaked anyway, and just kept the shield up for the novelty of it.

 

She charged inside ahead of the group, coming to a stop near Tybalt. "Hey, what's happening?" she asked the fearful pony.

Ticktock had been quite impressed with Caramels attempt at shields "Well done you are getting the hang of it if you like I can give you lessons I am not very busy."

 

As Tybalt came running out and told them to get into the tower in a fearful voice Ticktock ran straight there getting in just behind Caramel "Yeah what is happening?!"

caliber stood up. he had decided not to leave, after all.

 

he started heading back, and found his sword where he left it in the grass. he picked it up, and buckled it in. he started looking for the others when he saw caramel and ticktock in a hurry to do...something.

 

"yo!" he called out.

Red blinked, looking around. Tybalt had come running out of a-- tower with black stuff coming out of it. That was new. He had shouted at them to come in-- oh, he had shouted at them to come in!

 

She shook her head fiercely, then realized that wouldn't shake off the tiredness, and straightened herself. Ice Blizzard was back, thank goodness, and she heard Caliber's voice. She turned to face him-- he had only just gotten back.

 

"We're going in the menacing tower, it seems," she said drily to him, and turned tail to walk inside, following Caramel and Ticktock.

caliber saw red, and quickly took in what she said. he looked grim as he said 'yippee' 

 

he shrugged, and started to follow her. "well, no use whining. lets take this tower down." he went for a grin. but it was still obviously fake.

 

he wondered where the others are.

Tyra looked around her; it seemed that everypony (and wolf) was ready to fight.

 

Especially since some of them had already charged inside. It reminded her of herself, which made her grin.

 

"Shall we?" She smirked up at Blizzard, who let out a small grunt of determination in response.

 

She met up with the others, and entered the tower after them to meet with Tybalt.

Ice Blizzard joined the group,thet was in side of tower with Tybalt.

 

"What is happening?..." Tybalt started "...Well as far as we have seen,this tower is a plant filled with some kaind of poison.We need to get to a top and put antidote in it,our agens work on it as we speak." He then turned around and pointed at south path "This way is doing good,and we will uivk get to other end,as in other path..." he pointed north "...we are pin down and we will take much longer to get to the other side.You chose where you whant to go,il go other way and help other group."

Caramel turned to the others, considering. Plants, huh? Sounded like something familiar. "Listen, guys," she said in a low voice. "I'm feeling pretty bad after all that Djinn crap. I don't want any other lives lost on my hooves, so I want to go help the ponies who are being pinned down right now. But, the other way would make a quicker path to the top, and end this mess faster..." she considered, then shook her head. "No, not worth it. What do you guys think?"

Red was wincing. She was tired, and was concerned. She wasn't in much of a state to fight right now. But she agreed with Caramel.

 

And what kind of a warrior was she if she didn't pull through this?

 

"I think we should take the northern route. We have to help the other ponies. Tybalt can't do what all of us can on his own," Red said grimly.

"Aye, Caramel is correct," Tyra agreed, nodding to the mare in question, "We must help other ponies in trouble, they need us more!"

 

She nodded to Red. "Aye, you are correct. Though, you do not look well. Are you sure you can handle it?"

Blizzard walked up to the three mares, looking prepared to leap into action.

 

"I can have Blizzard watch your back, if you wish," Tyra suggested.

"I can handle it," Red said, a tad defensive. "I will be fine. I need to walk it off a little is all." She smiled at Blizzard, patting him on the head again.

 

"I'll be fine," she repeated, now to the wolf. She glanced at  the stallions of the group, waiting for an opinion from them.
