Well, guess I'm out of getting black Ops 3.Which kinda sucks. But it's understandable as to why.Oh well..no new COD for me.

Why not get it for PC then?

Well, you still have ~10 years worth of games at least. But I am happy that there is less focus on optimizing for the older generation consoles to allow for potentially greater potential content the game will potentially have or at least having the game to actually be stable on the day of release potentially; three years of development this game had so I have more confidence in that.

I just watched the new reveal trailer...

 

I will be honest, this is the COD that I wanted to look forward to. I really did.

 

However..It looks pretty bad already. One, the trailer felt so...half assed. The song was predictable, the gameplay doesn't seem a whole lot different from Advanced Warfare and the graphics actually look WORSE than Advanced Warfare. Sure, it was a short trailer and all, but Advanced Warfare's reveal was actually stunning, despite the game ending up mediocre. It feels like we are getting a mediocre vibe right out the gate for this game.

 

I really, REALLY hope I am wrong, but this game is not looking good already, on my opinion.

I sort of know how you feel. Come to think of it. I'm not that excited...

 

The only thing I'm really excited for is the Zombies mode. But I've always been excited for that so it's no surprise.

 

I think Treyarch will at least be able to conjure up a good storyline for the campaign like they always do.

I feel instead of Blacks Ops III they should rename it to Advanced warfare 2 or make a whole new name for it. I just don't think the futuristic technology really matches Black Ops.

Yea. My friends and I will be going back to previous CoDs, mainly BO1 and max prestiging in them all.

 

Why not get it for PC then?

 

CoD on PC isn't all that great, as I've seen.it's better played on Console.

This is the first CoD game I have been hyped for since MW2.
It seems this game is actually bringing up a deep intellectual issue, going by the trailers.

 

What is a human? How much augmentation should be allowed in sports? Should we genetically alter the DNA of humans? Will our own inventions be our doom? What is A.I. and should it be considered a person? Is it immoral to shut it down?

They even seem to bring the church into all of this! Awesome!

 

This game has incredibly much potential.

I really hope they actually delve into these questions, and don't just use these themes to get people like me hyped.

No Wii U version of BO3.     

We cannot confirm right away that BO3 will come to the Wii U (it's mentioned on one of the articles that the possibility for a Wii U version has not been ruled out). So I'll give Treyarch time before the release date to see if the game will be coming to the Wii U after all (Treyarch and Nintendo should already have a good business relationship, so there is still a chance. Only time will tell if it will ever come to Wii U or not).

 

I'll be getting it for PC anyways. Tho I wouldn't mind getting it for Wii U also.
