I don't know why this happens, but sometimes, when I refresh the page while on a posting a new topic page, the forum page appears INSIDE the text box. (And it actually works!) (Sorry for the ridiculously tiny picture)

never in all my days have I seen something like that.... if it happens I'd try refreshing the page once more.... if that doesn't work close the Forums and load it up again

I've encountered the same problem a few times. I'm not sure what causes it, however it's usually resolved by a simple refresh of the page.

I use google chrome on windows 7. It happens in all areas of the forum.

This is a known bug that comes up here on rare occasions. Let's just say that IBPs' incorporation of CKEditor has a few issues this being one. We did investigate this in the past and it was determined that the time needed to fully investigate this and attempt to fix would be too much of a resource drain for something that comes up so infrequently and has a simple work around (refresh the page).
