Why do we not have a Pinkie Pie/Cutie Mark Crusader team up episode?

Seriously.  Pinkie Pie and the Cutie Mark Crusaders would go well together like peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat.  They have similar synergy and would make a great team.  So how come Meghan and the gang never considered a Pinkie Pie/Cutie Mark Crusader team up?

Yeah Pinkie has had very little time with the Crusaders and to be honest I would like it if they had more interaction with other ponies outside of their respective sisters and Twilight.

Rarity only has the implied connection from The Stare Master, no episode. Rainbow was also prominent in Flight to the Finish.

Yeah great idea, that scene in cutie mark chronicles wasn't enough.

I can imagine for an episode like this, the CMC are all sad or something along the lines, and Pinkie takes them on some journey that sounds hard at first, but it's meant to make them happy. She would act as a motivator to the CMC and deal with their troubles in a happy and quirky way.
