Arrow at bottom of page

When you scroll to the bottom of any page there is a Circle Arrow where if you click it, it takes you to the top of the page.  I just noticed that behind the arrow there is a HELP button.  It is easier to see if you zoom in.  But the Circle Arrow covers up most of the Help button.

I would not move the Circle Arrow but maybe you can move the Help button over so it can be used

For me, there is a fairly large gap between the Help and the Circle Arrow under my normal screen resolution. I narrowed the window though, and it didn't take long for the Help to slide under the Circle Arrow to replicate what you are seeing. So definitely a usability issue. I'll see if I can log it for the dev & design team to look at it.

Ok.  Just thought i would bring it up.  I do have a small screen.  no bigger than an ipad screen.
