technical issue No Scrolling on Desktop Mobile & Problem with Computer

Often whenever I use the mobile site on my iPad and I want to customize or whatever with emotes or text color and such I request desktop for my iPad but whenever I use it to edit my "About Me", I can't even scroll down to edit the rest of my profile and it's making me feel like raging. And on my computer whenever I click to edit my "About Me", it only simply goes up to the top of the page and doesn't even open and just keeps going to the top of the page andI can't even edit at all on my computer. It's been like this all day for my iPad and for my computer all month. Also, the computer I use, my aunt's, is EXTEREMLY old and we never update it from how old it is. So old to the point it doesn't even support YouTube anymore because we can't update it and I feel it might be why it won't work for my About Me.

 

As for my iPad, I don't know what to say but it's making RAGE not being able to scroll down to edit and the top bar with the options disappears whenever I somehow get it a BIT down. UGH...

Regarding you iPad, unfortunately there are elements and functions of the site that mobile devices will hate. IPB (the forum software we use) was not developed with a mobile first mindset. I noticed better results on Doplphin and Chrome for iOS.

 

And regarding your PC issues, when you say it is old, how old are the browsers? What versions are they. There could be a lot of things going on here.

I don't know how old exactly but my aunt had this old thing since I think 2003 or something. Like when I was 1 or 2. The kind of computer we use is emachines and I don't remember how old the browsers were but they're as old as our emachines computer.

 

Another problem I forgot to add is that recently with my computer whenever I click on my nofications it right away loads the user CP and whenever I click on the drop down window, it doesn't show and right away takes me to my profile so they're acting like automatic links but I forgot to list these in the topic.

 

Also, whenever I try to reply to status updates from my friends it takes me to my profile once more.
