Since when is magic a synonym for leadership? XD I mean, I guess it's the 'head' element... but still, I could see Radiant having leadership traits, but so far, Ironeye isn't having much 'leadership' qualities.

Well, if we were already gunna go with the fact that she her element already cuz it was her mom's (though she didn't know what it was of course), then it's already in the shape of a gem... And I mean, technically they all are...

 

But then again, I didn't really get confirmation if I was allowed to go with that idea or not
