I honestly can't remember - I played some of the FF games, but it was decades ago now and they all blurred together after a while.

And banned because, alas, I did not... Especially in the case of the Young Six (which were only added for the sake of the plot in Season 8 and didn't really add much; I'd have rather the show continued focusing on the mane six rather than trying to add new characters that I never really cared for). Also, the reason I didn't like GlimGlam was because of her actions during The Cutie Remark and how it was basically just hand waved with the sheer amount of devastation and damage she caused in those timelines with a redemption that felt unearned and forced.

Banned because I like having secondary characters; the CMC, the other princesses, daring do - all add colour and depth to a world where the mane 6 are literally an elemental force.  And in the end, we aren't really walking the path of the mane 6, we are following Twilight as she grows from an unsure but powerful young unicorn mentored by Celestia, into a Queen.

There are characters - like coco pommel and rara - I wish we could have seen more of though.

Now that is a complex one. Her actions during the cutie map premiere are one thing - she deliberately terrorized and abused an entire village of ponies, for her own goals.  But her alterations to the timeline in remark really only affected her and twilight. there were alternate timelines, where other entities defeated by the mane 6 were able to triumph, but a lot depends on if you believe those persisted in the absence of a cause once a new cycle of starlight and twilight's battle at dashie's race began, and how much responsibility she (rather than the actual monsters) bears.
