She was the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor in Book 5 and would use any methods to make Harry and friends look bad! Printing lies in the newspaper. She is like the Fox News of the Wizarding World! LOL!

It was exhilarating to see her get her comeuppance in the film version by some centaurs if I recall correctly!
