I'm writing a fanfic with Bulk Biceps in it and I have a question

as the title says I need some help,

 

There's a scene in my story where Bulk Biceps is talking with Twilight Sparkle and was wondering how she should address him. Just saying Bulk Biceps all the time sounds too formal, would she call him just Bulk?

Bulk Biceps is fine. She wouldn't call Big Macintosh Mr. Macintosh or just Mac. And he's only ever addressed as Big Mac after he's already been presented in some detail beforehand.
