I think mention of Luna and Celestia is allowed since they are a common mention. Like when some people would say in fantasy stories: "By Merlin's beard". They are kinda like that. "By Celestia's mane". Just that if you are referring to them in a more personal way, is not allowed I would imagine.

Scarlett and Wade walk back to where they had agreed to meet with the others after gathering materials (This isn't godmod, is it?). Upon arrival and seeing nopony else there she says "Where the heck is everypony?"

 

She spots Lordy and walks over to him while saying "Hey Lordy, do you know where everypony else is?"

Caramel has been waiting down the docks all this time...where do you think where everypony should meet again?

You never said where you were you know. I thought we were meeting where we originally split up, outside the station.

Caramel walked around Vanhoover while the others were buying supplies. She herself bought some crates of ale, cider and rum. She told the shopkeeper to deliver it to a Scarlett's place even if it did take her two hours explain where the house was located. She walked around the town some more after that. Sometimes running into old friends and sometimes old enemies. When she was done she sat down by the docks, waiting for the others to return.

No since everyone already walked away (to materials) before me being able to post anything I was not able to.

 

However, we can just assume she did

or just the others think that is the most logical place for Caramel to be?

You can always find a pirate at the docks as the sea is in their heart. Caramel just likes to look at the sea, she doesn't need a boat to do that.

 

So, is this slow enough for you Puck?

Why ask Puck?

 

Actually, here's an idea. Puck's character Caramel is sitting on the docks by herself at the moment right. If you planned to join straight away, Somepony else on the crew could scare Caramel out of her thoughts and she falls into the water and hits her head on the edge of the dock, knocking her out. You could then a entrance by saving her before someone else can save her.

 

(Though knowing Scarlett she'll probably be involved somehow.)
