Big News for all the fans of the Stitch! anime! There is a new special called "Stitch! Perfect Memory" coming to Disney Japan soon! I found some posts from a member of  Ohana Shout Out here below. Quoted text is in bold.

"...GUYS?! Stitch folk!? There's a new "Stitch! ~Zutto Saiko no Tomodachi~" special coming this summer to Disney Channel Japan, just announced on Stitch Day (6/26). The special is called "Stitch! Perfect Memory" and while it is a Zutto special (hype's lowered due to that, Planet of Sand I was so-so with for the most part), I am gonna look into it when it drops later in the year, as there is no air date in Japan yet, nor will there be one dubbed for a while. Note the promotional artwork too, it looks WAY more Disney than usual. Did Shin-Ei like... jump ship? 'Cuz if so, maybe we'll get Disney Japan at the helm? Maybe the animation'll be fluid as heck? Or... maybe Shin-Ei Animation's still there... Guess we'll see."

Yay! Glad to find another person who loves the Stitch! anime!  I think season 2 of the anime had the best animation imho. I'll tell you if/when I find an upload of the episode or find more news about the special.

Oh oops sorry for confusing you. I didn't mean to apply you hated it. I just wanted to warn you that if you watch it there may be plot elements that don't line up with L&S that you may not like.

More good news on the new Stitch! anime "Perfect Memory" special! Save Lilo & Stitch team leader Wayne was able to google translate the article into english so we can see an early synopsis of the plot which seems to involve Yuna going missing and Stitch going on a desperate search to find her. The release date is expected to be released soon. Yes! But I think they took Stitch! the anime off UK television like they did in the U.S. However you can read about and watch the series online here http://www.saveliloandstitch.org/japan.php

As a heads up Lilo is only in season 3 episode 23 of the series. If you want to complain to Disney about the fact that the series is not in the UK you can do so here http://www.sdsmail.org/index.php?show=stitch

I always thought it was weird adapting a western cartoon or franchise into an anime, especially when no one asked for it including Power Puff Girls, Animatrix, X-men and Highlander. Not saying they would inevitably be bad but its one of those media adaptions I just dont get the purpose to.

The idea of an anime Lilo and Stitch or really just a Stitch anime still particularly perplexes me it exists. Was it something we've all been asking for

Was this special something we've been waiting patiently 15 years to finally get like Duke Nukem Forever?

I dunno I know very little about it and it could be great but seems a little after its relevance for people to even notice it now.
