Frost organized his notes putting them in his bag, reaching the car he was meant to return to the office in, tossing his bag in the back before climbing in the driver seat. As he drove he heard a distant popping sound, very slightly rattling the car. Continuing down the road he passed a manhole without its cover and water covering the ground. "That must be it." He uttered to himself, slowing but not stopping, making his way back to the office.

(A few hours later, near Midnight (as in the time not the pony =p))

The three officer got back to the office. Discussing the evidence from the case until it eventually got dark outside. Midnight yawned before laying down the files on the table that he was reading. "Alright, I'm done for today. Anyone of you want to join me for a drink?" Midnight said looking at his fellow officers.

rebilac was counting all the money he made today, and he was in a fairly good mood. a few bounties really made for a lot of cash, fast.

 

he decided that he'll go celebrate a job well done. at the local bar. who knows, maybe he'll find a few other targets there....

 

he counted the last bit of his reward, and set off towards the local bar.

Sparkle landed on the roof of the art gallery and kicked in a ventilation panel and jumped inside it himself landing with a slight clunk and brought up a map he created on his phone and walked in the direction of the 1500 wing before he looked through another panel and noticed a banner "pona Lisa on loan from prance " (just to give you an idea of what he's stealing)before he lowered himself into the room

Buzz thought for a moment, thinking about how to reply to the question. "A drink sounds good right about now, and it would allow me to introduce myself better after the cock up this morning." Buzz thought to himself. "But, i bet some people i know will be out in town tonight, and id rather avoid them for as long as possible." "Depends where we'd get that drink?" Buzz asked aloud.

"Well I was planning to go to the local bar where all my mates from the division hang out. Should be fun to get to know them. Tell you what, drinks are on me." Midnight said with a smile as he grabbed his coat. He hoped they would come with him, other wise it would be him drinking alone again.

"Well, you can count me in." Buzz replied. "Although, if we're in a group, one of you may need to escort me back to my hotel room." Buzz let out a loud laugh at the end of that sentance, almost falling off the chair he was leaning on. "Perfect. A chance to go out for a night and, try to, make a good impression AND not be seen by anyone from before. Last bar they'd be near is the one next to the station."

Frost thought over the offer to accompany Midnight and Buzz to the bar. "Yeah I'll come." He said sporting a smile, he figured he got off on the wrong hoof this morning and this would probably be the best time to make up for it as well as her to know his fellow officers better. "Though I normally dont drink alcohol, I'm more into soda or tea." He added a tad bit embarrassed at the fact

Sparkle leaned in close to the painting and with in just under 30 seconds he had the painting right there in his hooves when he started to cry tears of joy before he was a complete moron and tripped the security system allowing every cop in the city rights to come and find him

"alright then, lets go." Midnight said with a smile on his face. he walked towards the elevator, feeling a buzzing sound in his pocket. "Please not now, my shift just ended." Midnight mumbled angry to himself as he took his phone out. He turned around, facing Frost and Buzz. "Uhm...I think that drink has to wait another day...I just got a message that the security system has been triggered inside the Manehatten gallery and for some reason they need me as backup. Unless you want to come, I will say, see you tomorrow guys."

I come in I steal the painting and leave wait THIS WASN'T IN THE PLAN AT ALL " Sparkle hears cop cars pulling up outside " this is not happening it's not it can't be" Sparkle took out a small pistol and shot randomly out of the window in the cops general direction

Firestorm was a rooftop away from the Manehatten gallery overlooking it. “Finally, I'm here. What a great attraction, with all the beautiful lights shining, banners gracefully blowing, the sound of alarms ringing... Wait, why is there alarms ringing?” Firestorm said with concern. She looked closely at the windows, but than got startled by the gunfire. She ducked to the ground. “Sweet Celestia! Is that gunfire?” She than over heard the sounds of police sirens getting louder, as more police cars arrived.
