Hello evrypony! Today i recreated my oc, my first one turned out to be a well um.....

I think it has a nice design color-wise, but I think you should draw him instead of using pony creator. Believe me, any drawing, regardless of skill, is great as long as you're putting in your best effort, and if you're not very good at drawing, I'm sure you'll improve.

 

Also, have you developed this character? What's his name? His personality? Backstory? I'd love to hear about it.

Thx for the feedback! To be honest i wish i could draw it myself, but my drawing skills are really puny compared to most people hear xD. The idea of the oc of officially taken from one of my fan fiction stories, but im not sure what name i should give him xD, I could tell you his official backstory but thats going to be lots and lots of typing , might be if i write it to you via skype or something or pm, (perhaps i could make a seperate topic for the backstory)

Two of the most annoying things (In my opinion) that you have to do in making an OC are making the cutie mark and the name. Frankly, I'm still not satisfied with my own OC's cutie mark (just a blue feather), and I'm considering changing it. Anyway, once you get those things out of the way, it's all fun and creativity! One thing that I may suggest is adding a few accessories to your OC. Try making an accessory to fit your pony!

Your OC looks very nice. I think it could use a bit more detail, but a lack of additional detail could be looked at as a detail.

Before drawing my OC, seen in my profile pic, I had never drawn an OC before. I watched a video by a YouTuber named Mad Munchkin's video labeled "How I Draw." I used the video as a guide to teach me how to draw ponies, pausing at each step to draw. It wasn't extremely difficult, it took a few tries to get the details how I wanted them, but it all worked out in the end. I would definitely recommend trying to draw your OC yourself, you have more control over the final outcome. Nobody is ever good at drawing when they first pick up a pencil.
